I work straight down west Hollis st, approx a minute from the Nashua borderline yet when I called back he told me they don't deliver that far out... he sounded irritated that I called back to find out how the whole system works and whether or not I should give my card information when I order my food or after. he interrupted me to tell me they don't take cards (which doesn't bother me much at all) but then again interrupted me when I tried explaining where I was located. I live in Nashua on the border of mass and probably would have started using this delivery service very frequently and I could have brought in some great business from my company but I am not happy at all about how I was treated in two short conversations and I find that to be really disappointing. I don't have any interest in giving them my business or suggest them to anyone else. The ONLY reason I am giving them two stars and not one is because I like the idea of this service as well as hope that the customer service will improve and maybe in a year or so I will attempt to use this service again when whoever answers the phone has a little more interest in assisting their potential customers.

Easy -don't have a Pressure Drop, but have a Lasagna Drop ! WECO will be introducing their meal delivery service to Metro Hartford in two weeks, and they kicked off their expansion with a Lasagna Drop today. Customers had the opportunity to pre-register for two different types of lasagna and pick them up at their food truck which was parked at the New Park Brewery in West Hartford this morning. We loved meeting their friendly and energetic reps, spun the prize wheel (my wife won free dessert for our next order), and there was a corn hole game and prizes to make it a very festive event. We pre-selected their beef lasagna over their veggie lasagna and dug into it tonight. WECO gave us a detailed "reheat" sheet with instructions on how to prepare it. The lasagna was described as "layers of beef bolognese, cherry tomato sugo, roasted garlic bechamel, fresh mozzarella, basil, parmesan and herbed breadcrumbs (serves 4 ppl) ($34)". So how was it? It was EXCELLENT!!! Freaking EXCELLENT! Plenty of meat, thin ribbons of delicate pasta, a mix of red sauce, béchamel sauce, cherry tomatoes, spices, diced veggies, and cheeses. When you visit you never leave hungry. I love the flavors available, each time you visit you can choose a different island to order food from, each with their own unique styles. I highly recommend visiting and visiting often! Service is always great and the ambience isn't overly loud even though they have over 60 available seats. I'll be back ASAP!

I wish the jerk chicken came with cabbage, and it was pretty mild but they do bring out a tray hot sauces. It took a bit for service and there were no patties out yet. The oxtail was very tender with a lot of gravy. There's also WiFi available and there was a table who was working and eating.
