Because of my back injury, over the years my vestibular system has been off and has gotten worse. It's very hard to find a neuro-optometrist in general, so when I found Dr.Simons I was really happy. And now, honestly, I can't imagine going to anyone else but him. I feel like he listens to me very carefully when I explain my symptoms of dizziness and how my eye pain relates to my spinal alignment. I feel like he actually cares about the pain I go through and he tries to link it back to my eyes. He always replies back to my emails and his office is low key, it isn't super loud. Parking is a breeze with lots of spots and it's is easy to get to from the freeway, the 101. His office staff is nice, too.

At home support is clearly explained and reinforced with written instructions. The amount of minutes expected to be completed at home is nominal. The practice at home has helped my son feel in control and a part of the therapy. We had done VT in the past. It was a chore that I had to drag my son to. It came back again even with taking antibiotics. He then did a steroid injection but that didn't help either. Due to the circumstance he referred me to a "specialist" of Dr Massry. Dr Massry was awful. He didn't seem to care or really help me. Instead he said that I needed a biopsy because it could be cancer. He didn't really care to assist me further and instead referred me to other doctors to confirm his cancer diagnosis. Overall, if you have a quick procedure done here, it can be nice. But if you want a better treatment plan, maybe some other office may be better. But at all costs, avoid Dr Massry.
