Meat wasnt that great but the burgers were quick coming out. This is our second time here and last time customer service wasnt great. I asked for her to dump out my ice and give me a refill and she gave me a death stare as she put soda in it. Today the customer service was entirely diferent. This girl, i think her name was angela, was running food out to cars, across the street, to the tables outside, and it was pouring cats and dogs. She came backed soaked every time. She even told me to sit down so she can grab our waters and bring it to the table. The only problem was the meat wasnt seasoned. So great customer service one day, horrible the next. The huckleberry shake was very good. $7 tho. Unremarkable BLT. Friendly staff. Soft serve ice cream wasn't as creamy as hoped, tended to the icy side. GPS directions sent us to the old location that had burned down. Called and Angela kindly talked us in. GPS had sent us to their former (burned out) location. read more

We went there today on the recommendation of a bunch of friends. As we come to St Regis regularly we thought we'd try it out. It was busy I give him that . But their customer service was anything but horrible absolutely horrible. I ordered a $3.50 fries to go it was okay that I waited 20 minutes for it. But let me tell you when I asked how much longer it will be and I was trying to tell her why, he was anything but nice. In fact she basically said we're swamped and then probably cut me off and it went and filed and served someone else that she knew obviously that was a local. I believe his name was John with two boys. She cut me off as I was going to let her know that I had a mom with dementia in the car and who needed to take medication with her food and she was feeling nauseated all she had to do was give me a minute and listen to me and then maybe just grab the fries and give them to me. My husband came in a few minutes later and asked me to get some water as mom was feeling dehydrated and nauseous I asked this lady the counterperson with blonde hair and a clip and button maybe in her 30s or late 30s maybe even early forties with a nice girth wasn't sure but she was wearing a gray t-shirt. For some water and I asked her how much she asked me what size I told her large and then she put ice never got to tell her no eyes well let me tell you I got the look of death when she poured the ice out and then just started say. pouring water in and then made a comment to a little co-worker there who was overheard by another customer. How awful is that. Customer looked at me eyes wide open and kind of struck to shoulders what else is he going to ​ going to say. I finally got my fries she looks at me and said your fries are ready with her hand holding the bag in the air I grabbed it and I walked out the door the young man looked at me and it's like mouth the word wow and as I walked out the door I'm like what a fucking bitch . She earned that she was that what a poor poor poor representative of this establishment . Aside from that let me tell you nobody in that place wore a hair net their ponytails are be bopping all over the place I don't need that in my food could you imagine. Anyhow I'll never go back there and I will let people know who recommend that place exactly the kind of service we got. There was no need for that service nothing was said or exchanged that warranted that that was piss poor on her part piss poor. I also left a review on their site I don't expect anybody to even reach out to me to find out exactly what happened and apologize for that rudeness I hate to think she was the owner if she was I hope that she learns from her demeanor that perhaps every customer should be treated with respect not just the people that she knows read more

Thanks to the fellas that wrote the first review! Gotta say, they were correct...definitely go for the Huckleberry Shake. We also tried the Black Raspberry, Caramel, & Vanilla. They are packed with flavor, smooth in texture & include the real ingredients inside. There was a continual flow of guests the whole time, and even though it's a quaint size with just a few tables, our family of 6 still dined in & enjoyed the diner atmosphere. There's also a drive-thru & to-go option available for walk-ins. For food, the kids agreed that the Waffle Fries could not be left behind so some came on the road with us. The review on the Chicken Nuggets (11 yr old) is that they're Duuuu-licious! The Frosty Burger was a pleaser as well. Road Trip Happy! read more

We saw the signs for milkshakes on our way to Quinn's Hot Springs Resort. Decided to stop there for lunch the day we left Quinn's. Milkshakes were really good (I got chocolate, my wife got Huckleberry). Bison burger was on the menu, so I got a bison cheeseburger. Juicy, good flavor, not overcooked. We stopped here in the drive-thru heading to Montana. The cheese on the double cheeseburger was not your typical American cheese, true slices of cheddar! We were starved so we decided to try Winki's is St. Regis Montana. We each ordered a regular cheese burger and I got the waffle fries. Could not eat all the fries there were so many. We both thought the cheese burgers were to die for. Have not had one so good in a long time. The inside was spotless and the prices were good. This will be a must stop on our way to Butte next time.
