Arriving for our first visit, we see a large bus blocking the main entrance. I felt a bit anxious considering we were on a bit of a time crunch. Walking in we notice a long line waiting to cash out. The cashier was very friendly as she efficiently got everyone processed. The one lady in the dinning area was doing her best to clear up after the 40 some people while serving the remanning dozen patrons. I got her eye, she smiled and asked "how many." Her face went a bit white as I said 8. But it quickly went back to the smile as she replied "gimme just a minute." In about 5 minutes she had cleared the tables, set up ours, and had us seated. The food arrived promptly and was exactly as ordered, and very good. Only suggestion, coffee was weak. But then, I like strong coffee; it should stand up to a spoon. Five stars all around. We came here after traveling for 9 hours. We we're staying across the street at the big sky motel. We wanted to go across and enjoy a cocktail and some games and have dinner at Durango's. We never made it to dinner. We were harassed immediately walking into the bar./casino. There were two very intoxicated men. Making disgusting and disrespectful comments to the bartender. At one point in time, she asked them to leave. They somehow talked their way into a second chance. They continued their disgusting sexual comments. AND continued to be served. And I think they were allowed to drive off. WHO is running this place???? Missoula is not far from superior. I would highly recommend that you keep driving. read more

Stopped in early for breakfast. I should have gone to the gas station...... Waitress was pleasant and prompt. But the food was disappointing at best. Ordered the Denver omelette. The eggs mixture was overcooked and dry. The filling was the real disaster though! They use sliced lunch meat diced up with some onions and green peppers melted together with burnt cheese........ The hash browns were a fail too. A pile of potatoes that ranged from very undercooked to near burnt. And cold..... inedible. We had breakfast at this place two days in a row because the food was good and the waitress was outstanding. (Kind of came back because we were so impressed with the way she worked.) We had the usual breakfast stuff: steak and eggs, ham, hashbrowns, corned beef hash, pancakes, toast, coffee, water. The only thing keeping me from giving the joint five stars is that the hash brown servings were bigger and better cooked on Saturday than they were on Sunday and the pancakes were bigger on Saturday than they were on Sunday. must've been a different cook. From time to time my wife and I come to Superior to visit my folks. During this trip we stopped into Durango's for breakfast. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Durango's is an all-in-one stop: gift shop, restaurant and casino. Free WiFi is offered. Durango's suited our dining needs perfectly since all menu items can be ordered anytime during business hours. My wife loves breakfast while I love lunch. Durango's offers a full bar with 14 craft beers on tap. Impressive. I ordered a pint of Montana IPA for $3.75 and my wife ordered a Red Beer for $3.25 (Bud Light $2.75 + $0.50 tomato juice). For breakfast my wife ordered Two Biscuits & Gravy with Eggs for $10.99 + $1.50 up-charge for cheese on her scrambled eggs. My wife was please with her breakfast choice. I ordered the Jalapeno BLT for $10.99: a pile of jalapeno bacon with lettuce and tomatoes on toasted bread. I chose tots as my side. I absolutely loved the jalapeno bacon and wish that I could find some locally to purchase. Service was slow but friendly. We didn't mind the slow service since we were in town visiting anyways. Portions are large and reasonably priced. Plus, zero tax to boot! Love that since we Washingtonians are constantly taxed to death. Had the Montana Smoked Cuban which easily exceeded my expectations. Topped with a perfect amount of ingredients, ham, pulled pork, crunchy pickle slices, Swiss cheese, and mustard. Server had no idea what a rare steak should look like. Meat quality very low with no marbling. We were staying across the street so went there for breakfast. Table dirty. Ordered biscuits and gravy with eggs. Took over 1/2 hour for food to arrive (not very busy). No flatware, napkins, or salt/pepper. Gravy blah, sausage underdone, and biscuits rubbery. Yesterday I had breakfast and ordered the corned beef hash with two poached eggs, hash browns and sourdough toast. The eggs were poached perfectly. I'm not sure where they get their eggs but they are the smallest eggs I've ever seen! The meal was good but nothing spectacular. For lunch today I had the T N T 1/2# burger with tator tots. Without a doubt the toughest Hamburger I've EVER had!! I ended up scraping the bacon, cheese, onion and tomato off the burger and eating that along with the really good grilled and buttered pretzel bun. Prices are very high for small town not so great restaurant food. Again, staff was super friendly and service was super fast. Durango is the only restaurant in town so they have a captive audience and IMHO take advantage of that. read more

The food is fresh and delicious with lots of options, and they are knowledgeable about gluten-free and celiac prep with a special grill set aside for cooking, gluten free bread, and other gluten free options. I've never seen salad greens that fresh anywhere in Portland or Seattle. Sandwiches were divine. Fries were perfectly golden. Prices were ridiculously low and with no tax?!
