Poor customer service - I wont be giving them my business -…read more I made an appt to get my jeep inspected for Thursday morning right at 8 when they opened - I got there at 7:30 and watched 3 employees go in around 7:45 - I waited until 8- since that is when they open and went in. 2 of the employees, were chatting at the counter about a TV program - they didnt stop and acknowledge me what so ever. I waited until they finally stopped talking and then said I have an appt for an inspection. The one guy said "our Inspection lady called off sick today - I saw you had an appt, you can come back tomorrow" - Seriously??? if you knew I had an appt, and saw me sitting out there waiting, why not come out and tell me that it wont happen so i can get on with my day - or how about calling me since you had all my info, so again I can get on with my day..........

FRIDAY(a whole week) came I called Hey, I was supposed to get a call my vehicle is ready" The guy says Oh, the dealership we get the parts from is strike & not sure went we will get that part" I was Furious!!! I decided on my best decision with my family. Monday, I got my vehicle towed to a national auto shop(after speaking with them about it).
