I discovered that the contact number on the receipt wasn't accurate. I googled the real LKQ number online and called them and was also told that the order number that was on the receipt wasn't accurate as well. I immediately reached out to Zachary for clarification and I received no response. The following day, I made additional attempts to contact him by phone and text. Again, no response. As of today, June 23, 2026. I have received no parts nor a refund. Because of this, I had no choice but to file charges/police report and file a dispute with my bank in an attempt to recover my funds. I would strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to proceed with caution and make sure everything is documented and VERIFIABLE before sending any payments. Protect yourself, keep all documentation, and do not rely on his promises or the things he say alone. My experience has been extremely disappointing and costly. 0/10 do not recommend...!
