One such post says, "Walmart is like a museum"-didn't specify what kind of museum. Sarcastic, probably, but passing by it today, I went in, it requires no admission -:) Seriously, I use its delivery service several times a week, sometimes twice a day, and I've been a happy customer for a few years and will continue using it. And seriously, their dividend is very good. Huge, orderly, clean, helpful staff. All is good, except for the strawberries: they change suppliers often; some are excellent, and some are so-so.

I recently went to the Walmart in Wimauma to purchase ink cartridges for my Hewlett Packer printer…read more When I found out the price of a black and color ink cartridge, I realized why they are kept in a locked cabinet. They seem to make up for the reasonable printer price by extorting you on the price of ink. As I was ready to purchase both items, a customer advised me that third party ink was 30 to 70 % cheaper and did the same job as HP ink. We asked the clerk at Walmart to show us cheaper but compatible ink for the HP printer and the customer and I ended up buying the lower price ink that was more than 50% cheaper. As I installed both cartridges on my printer, a warning light indicated the printer had detected non HP cartridges and no printing could be done. With opened cartridges and receipt I returned to Walmart and a new clerk offered my refund indicating that many customers were locked out of their printer due to a HP software update installed via WiFi on most HP printers. I used his tech savvy to purchase a laser printer which will last for years. My compliments to Walmart that made the refund and my goodbye to HP. I am sure I am not the first, nor will I be the last to post my frustrations with the Hewlett Packer ink scam. The "Penny wise and pound foolish" move by HP has made their competitors happy as the see their sales increase.

Mr. Jack has run and owned Gulley's discount groceries for 37 years come this Summer 2021, I've had the pleasure of shopping here for almost 15 years from when I first moved to Florida in 06. This store has been a huge help in cutting my expenses and allowing me to spend my $ in other places. Mr Jack has always been seen on random trips making sure things run smoothly or greeting his customers with a smile and even a kind gesture of offering a toddler shopping w his mom a teddy bear free of charge. Mr. Jack and his store will be greatly missed and I wish I could tell you it was his choice to close but atlas a post pandemic year and the Scarcity of merchandising to stock shelves. Most of the time Mr. Jack would travel out of state for those huge discount buys which contributed to the steep steep bargains. That ended when the Covid-19 pandemic closed much of the country. He was limited to what he could find in Florida which was scarcer due to large donations to food banks and other areas struggling. So with a heavy heart Mr. Jack is closing his door this May 2021. If your local stop in for one last bargain to be had and everything is buy 1 get 2 free. Maybe wish Mr Jack who is 94 this week a blessed farewell.

Larger than a mini mart but not huge store. The ladies stocking the shelves were nice. Many items are 50 cents to $1 that normally retail for about $3-$4 each. Just watch the dates on the items where it matter more, haha. Most items seemed to be about 4 to 8 weeks expired. Nice alternative for those who really need to stretch their budgets to put dinner on the table. This is sort of like a between store of being a free food pantry and a discount grocery store, ha. There was only one person in front of me and only two people in line for sandwiches. I asked the guy how long on the chicken tenders. He went to check and came back 5 minutes later and said 10-12 minutes..........meaning they didn't even know they needed them. 4 people came looking for the 8 piece fried chicken but left in frustration. There were literally 2 bags of product in the grab and go section at 5:45 pm on a Monday night. Just think of the increased profits you would see if you ran the deli and hot food section like it should be run. No one will ever read this from Publix and nothing will change but the WalMart will be open in January and I can vote with my feet. No wonder you have a 2 star rating.

Spaghetti and Meatballs- 4/5- The small size was perfect for my son but it contained peppers inside. He was not a fan. I thought it was good but if you don't like peppers in your food maybe stay clear of this one. Acapurria- 4/5- I received it cold as if it has been sitting out.
