It is usually SO tender. Idk if it was under or over cooked today, I couldn't tell, but it wasn't edible and I wasn't able to eat it at all. Couldn't even chew it! - also, PLEASE stop talking over the food when y'all making the sandwiches. I get making a quick comment or two, but they don't wear mask most of the time and I cringe at the thought of a stray piece of spit hitting my food. The staff is lovely, so it's not a personal complaint on anyone in particular, but I notice a LOT of talking and laughing over the food and reaching over each other to grab things. - There's a young black guy there who, I mostly see in the evenings making sandwiches and whom I love getting because he's so conscious of food safety and never talks over the food, always shields the food when he's doing things, never leaves my food unattended and open to walk off and go find things. I cooked half of it in a baking dish and baked the other half this evening. It DOES come in a ready to bake pan you can cook the entire thing in at one time if you choose. Awesome!! IT IS SO GOOD and never could I make this for $13 on my own. And I have a walking disabilty so standing in the kitchen is not comfortable. Easily serves 2 (or one very VERY hungry man who wants 4). Will probalby buy it now at least every other week. And againk buying all these ingredients and preparing just for myself or one other person - just not time or cost effective. I LOVE IT. Everyone working was very nice. I also bought a rotisserie chicken($5 today) for dinner. This was very good and much better than Publix and Costco chicken. Happy to also have another green tea to try. It was a worthwhile visit. Next week the bistro meals will start being $7 which is entree, and two sides and an upcharge for salmon. This a boutique size supermarket similar to Whole Foods, but a bit smaller. It's very organized & has many healthy and organic options. They have a bakery, fish, meat section, as well as deli, food, & sushi section and produce to name a few. Prices can be similar or a bit higher than Publix, & maybe comparable to Whole Foods.
