I was only there to pick up a car for a friend, and from the front desk staff to the sales team, everyone treated me with kindness and respect; even though they knew I wasn't buying anything. At most dealerships, once they realize you're not a potential customer, the attitude changes and the "polite act" drops. I really dislike that. But that was NOT the case here. Their hospitality is top-notch. They even have a full coffee shop and a gym inside the dealership. Yes, literally an actual coffee counter with a full menu, staff, baked goods, fruit, cold brew, etc. And it's complimentary. I've been to many dealerships including Mercedes and Range Rover, and I've never seen anything like this. The space is clean, smells fresh, and has great AC. Here are the facts: ​Document Forgery: They generated an insurance quote and stamped a signature in my name without my authorization, knowledge, or legal consent. This is blatant identity theft and forgery. ​Stolen Funds: My actual auto insurance provider later confirmed that they never received a single penny of this $350.00 payment.
