Very poor! Service department managers should be fired! They did not look into a tailgate issue due to an unpainted screw from the factory. Accused me of tampering with the tailgate and that I installed a hitch that was purchased with the truck. The service manager makes accusations that his system should give him with the VIN number. Stay away from this dealer! I was promised to get reimbursed for my Uber and receive a phone call back to look into the issue. after two months no phone calls. Alexandra Moody was my service advisor. my experience at Metro Ford was one of the worst most disgusting experiences in my life in my entire I have purchased more than dozens and never have I been treated and disgusting as I was at that dealership everything that we agreed upon was completely changed at the time of me seeing the finance manager, the numbers were all changed just to make the numbers meet what I needed the mileage. The amount of months was also changed when the manager.(Gilbert) was summoned to the finance office. He blame me that those were the terms were agreed upon complete nonsense. I left the dealership. Discussed it angry and on top of all that Gilbert insulted me with the most grotesque gutter language I have ever experienced. I filed a complaint with Barbie, the controller to which she said I would get a phone call and basically a response that I got later they decided to back the corrupt manager.(Gilbert) Soon thereafter, I received a phone call from the salesman, which is basically the person I did most of my talking and negotiating with apologizing for the behavior and the treatment that I received, and he agreed with me that the numbers been changed without his knowledge and he was so sorry and apologetic. I would never recommend this dealership as they not protect or their customers instead, they try to cover their tracks and employees stay away from this I went to Ford of Kendall the the attention. My experience here was unacceptable, especially given the safety implications. My Ford stalled in traffic, a serious and dangerous failure. I brought the vehicle to this dealership while it was still under warranty, but they refused to diagnose it and told me the issue was due to an active recall. Now that the warranty has expired, the same dealership is telling me the opposite: that the issue is not recall-related and that I must pay for diagnostics out of pocket. They used the recall to avoid addressing the problem under warranty, and now they're using "not recall-related" to avoid responsibility altogether. The car has only 15,000 miles, and the failure nearly caused an accident. Between the contradictory information, the refusal to look at a safety issue, and the complete lack of accountability, I cannot recommend this dealership. I strongly suggest going to a different Ford dealership, and honestly, this experience has made me question Ford altogether. Proceed with caution. read more

Julio promised to call back with a final price and never even called back. We wasted 2 days and made us beyond disappointed. Never returning to this dealer. Have a 2023 F150 and required an oil change. Metro Ford had sent me a flyer with some discounts, so I decided to use the coupon to get the oil change, tire rotation etc. for an excellent price. I scheduled an appointment (Easy to do), arrived on time and had no wait. Fernando Arecha was my service advisor and I had worked with him prior to today; great experience then also. He advised me that I had some points which would reduce my bill even further. After dropping the car off, he offered a coffee prior to getting me a complimentary ride home. The work was complete in the time suggested, he texted and offered a ride there (Not necessary but appreciated). The truck was washed and work completed. They even wanted to purchase my truck (Not doing that). Sometimes dealerships get a bad rap, such as crappy service or high prices; and deservedly so. But I'm happy to say it was not the case with Metro Ford. Fernando functions in an outstanding manner as the link between management, the mechanics and the customer. They are lucky to have him.
