I have been looking for a quality facialist for YEARS now and I stumbled upon Winnie on here. I called and she has availability same day so I went, without much expectations. When I got there, I learned that she's been doing facials for over 40 years and she started in HongKong. First green flags as Asian countries have exceptional facial services and she's been in the business for a while. Winnie was just the sweetest, kindest person and she was very knowledgeable about skin care. Her treatment room was very clean and well-maintained with a nice relaxing vibe. But boy, oh boy, I was blown away by the actual facial I received. Winnie was extremely thorough and gentle, and she took her time, from cleaning my face, to the extractions, to applying quality products afterwards. She explained each one to me and what the benefits are which is a nice bonus. She also showed me what she was doing throughout, working on one side of my face first to compare, which I really appreciated. She is extremely passionate about her craft and has continued to work to perfect it. She is very humble and down-to-earth but the services you get here beat any 5-star spa anywhere. Her prices are very reasonable for what you get and she really takes care of her clients. My face felt so soft and clean after and it was glowing! I am so happy I found her. I had a FABULOUS age-defying skin-tightening facial today. Winnie has been doing facial treatments for over 40 years (with methods she learned in Hong Kong). She uses dermalogica products and incorporates pressure points and a ox-horn applicator into her massage of the face and decolté. First she cleans your skin, then a surgical scalpel thingy (almost like a razor) is used to scrape off any peach fuzz from your face (some people do not have this done, but it looks amazing), if extractions are needed she does those before she uses a fruit-based peel to help exfoliate and loosen the skin cells. After that you get a full face massage (using pressure points and the ox-horn applicator that stimulates lymph drainage) with the über-hydrating dermatologica products. It feels amazing. To top it all off you get a mask which helps lock in the moisture your face so desperately needs. My face felt so smooth and the muscles and skin felt "lifted". She recommends this age-defying facial for folks over 40, and at least once a month. She, herself, does not look at ALL like her age (but I won't give away her age.) :) Winnie Tsui is her name, she is so sweet and friendly. I am so happy that I found Winnie, she is friendly, very professional and patient. She uses the steamer to open up the pores and cleans my face with these little sponges which makes my face feel exceptionally clean. She also massages my shoulder, neck, upper chest and head. It feels amazing. Today's experience is nothing short of relaxing and wonderful. She uses expensive products so every penny is worth it. Winnie was great! She was kind and nice enough to take me early since I got there almost an hour early for my appointment. She is very knowledgeable about skin care and she really took her time during my facial, which I got from Groupon (90 minute Signature Facial). It was a very relaxing experience even though the extractions were a little bit painful, but definitely needed. I also ended up buying some product from her, which has really helped at clearing up some of my breakout areas. However, parking may be a bit of a challenge as well as finding her suite location if you're not familiar with the area. I called Winnie to make an appointment for a facial that I saw on Groupon. Winnie was kind enough to get me on the calendar the same day even though I was ok with another day. When asked if I had purchased the Groupon yet, I let her know that I did not. Winnie then said to not purchase the Groupon and she could give me a discount as a first time customer. When I asked her what the discount was, Winnie stated it would be the same as the Groupon. I get that businesses do not make much (if anything at all) from their Groupon deals but it's also the cost of advertising. I would not have given this spot a try if I did not run into this deal so it was a little disappointing that she offered something that would ultimately just benefit herself. She even upsold me to the next level which was $80 (50% off from reg price) and I was excited for this recommended treatment. During my facial, Winnie was professional in walking me through the process. Apparently, I choose a vitamin peel that was applied to my face and immediately under the steamer. There was not any extractions during this facial and the overall experience felt lacking. The treatment did last for an hour & half as stated but she also left me in the room with a mask for a good 30 minutes. I really wanted to like this place but it really fell short on my expectations. read more

This was my first time getting a facial, my acne was so bad when I went in. Winnie consulted with me and explained that I would need a lot more treatment than the Groupon I purchased included. She spent a long time extracting as much as she could, and talking with me about what she was doing. She also recommended supplemental things that I can do to help my skin to heal quicker. I have to go back in tomorrow to get everything out--to let my skin heal a little before extracting the rest (I have a lot of acne). She is so sweet. I personally have very oily and acne prone skin and Winnie worked diligently on my face with cleansers and extracting tools. She spent over 2 hours on me even though it was only a 90 minute appointment because she wanted to be sure the results were up to her high level of expectations! Winnie greeted me and got me all situated in the room. After examining my skin and consulting with me about my concerns, she was very honest.
