I was unfortunately displeased with my experience here. The staff was not wearing masks even though I came here during the covid pandemic (late August 2020), and they were not too friendly. I was able to order my typical bagel (toasted everything bagel with egg, cheese, ketchup, salt, and pepper), but the bagel came out chewy, sticky, and not toasted. We love to find local bagel shops when traveling. This bagel shop was a amazing find. It's part of a strip mall and not very big inside with just a couple tables. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. I ordered an Asiago bagel with cream cheese. My daughter has a cinnamon and sugar bagel with cream cheese and my husband had a salt bagel with sausage, egg and cheese. We all agreed that these were one of the best, if not the best bagels we have had. They were so fresh and flavorful. This will be our go to bagel shop when in the lakes region. read more

Must be new owners. Used to be $4.09 for a bagel sandwich with meat. I Got a bacon egg and cheese today and it was $6.29. Super skimpy and totally not worth the money. I got two coffees, two breakfast sandwiches and a bagel with cream cheese and it was $23! They used to have good green mountain coffee, but now the coffee now is terrible. I would give 5 stars but they literally hire the worst staff. The food is amazing, bagels are great and it's quick but the young people that work there do not greet you, don't look at you, don't smile and honestly make you feel like you are a burden. They had this problem and ended up getting rid of all of them at the beginning of the year but the hired a carbon copy of them to work there again. I work next door and used to go in 2-3 times a week and now it's like maybe once a month because she makes me feel like a pile of garbage when i walk in there. Not impressed at all. Again, bagels are amazing but for the love of Pete, hire some people who actually want to be there and not be interrupted from their phone. Stopped in here for the first time to get a bagel on the way to the lake. If you're trying to stay safe during the pandemic, I wouldn't recommend this place. I was alarmed to see that not one of the workers were wearing masks while preparing food and taking orders. It is impossible to stay socially distant from other customers and employees while in the small store space, making it even more unsafe and concerning that masks were not required. Very disappointing stop. Unfriendly cashier, even more unfriendly was the girl making the sandwich. You could decorate a cake faster than the time it took her to spread cream cheese on a bagel. The bagels are very heavy and chewy. They lack flavor. Excessively expensive. This place use to be located across the street from the hardware store in Center Harbor, overlooking beautiful Center Harbor. They moved up the street a couple thousand feet, it's literally at the top of the hill as you make your way toward Moultonborough on Rte 25. So don't let the fact that they moved change your mind about going. I will say if you have traveling by boat, it's too long to walk for this old man, however; if you are in a car it's about 30 seconds up the street.. The bagels are still the same, fresh - delicious and everything I want in my bagel. They have breakfast sandwiches, fresh Salmon and so on.... Just wanted to let everyone know it's just as good as it was at the other location, and it appears someone created a new Yelp ad.
