We contacted them to replace several doors. We had a prompt reply and a visit to see and thoroughly examine the nature of our issues. They then provided an estimate, which held up throughout the job. And when it came time to replace the doors, the work was done in expert fashion. The greenhouse had three existing skylights that failed and were no longer operable. The project started in the fall of 2020 but the pandemic and winter weather delayed installation until the spring of 2021. When the installation team arrived in April, they diligently got to work removing the existing units and installing the new ones. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but the only company to provide an in-home demo of the actual windows we were purchasing. With such a big home improvement project, you want to feel confident that you made the right choice. Shortly after signing the paperwork, they sent someone out to measure. Then we waited quite a while for the job to be scheduled. Unfortunately, installation occurred during a weeklong heat wave. Yet the guys rarely complained, and spent four full days installing our windows. If I have any complaints, it's about their after sale customer service. The day our installation wrapped up, I noticed a slash in one of the screens, and was assured they'd order a replacement and have it sent to us. Three months later we still had no screen, so my husband and I started calling. Every call was treated as a brand new sales call and no one seemed to know anything about our replacement screen. Finally, someone came out and made us a new screen onsite. However, he re-screened it too tightly, and the frame warped. More phone calls and more confusion on their part made us feel like we were in the twilight zone. Ultimately, we took the frame to their office and they fixed it there, which was an additional inconvenience. Other than these few snafus, we're happy with the work.

After agreeing to complete the work and ordering windows, we were told they were too busy to complete our project. After some back and forth, they ultimately agreed to complete as planned. From the start we had issues with our order and things being delayed. While the windows and siding and out great, it was not worth the headache to get there. The project was delayed for months and when completed, our house was left a mess. We found fast food bags and coffee cups in the mulch beneath our windows, there was significant debris left inside the home, as well as pieces of wood (even though we paid for a dumpster that was sitting in our driveway!), and the windows were never cleaned. Very disappointing and would not use again.
