Inside is very clean and well organized. Everyone is so friendly and personable and they make you feel very comfortable and welcomed. I love that they will go over insurance and pricing so you know how much everything will cost prior to the procedure. Also, you don't have to wait too long in the lobby, once checked in you're taken back to a room in a timely manner. I just went in for a teeth cleaning and I am very satisfied. I can honestly say this has been one of the best teeth cleaning experiences that I've had in a very long time. I feel like she really took her time to thoroughly clean my teeth and paid attention to detail so my teeth could be as perfectly clean as possible. If you're looking for a new dentist I highly recommend booking an appointment and giving this place a try.

The outside of the building is beautiful, super clean, and they've thought about everything -- including handicap parking and a ramp for easy access. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted so warmly by the front desk staff. They even gave me a little tour of the office, which was spotless, modern, and so welcoming. There are massage chairs in the waiting area (yes, massage chairs!) and a cute drink bar with coffee, tea, water -- such a nice touch while you wait. And this was a first for me -- they gave me a personalized welcome bag with my name on it, a mug, and some little goodies! I thought that was so thoughtful. Once I was called back, they took high-quality images of my teeth and showed everything right on the screen so I could actually see what they were talking about. The hygienist and dentist walked me through everything, explained any concerns, and were super transparent the entire time. I've never had a dentist be that thorough or patient-focused before. Another thing I loved -- there's a TV with headphones in each exam room so you can watch Netflix or whatever while they work on your teeth. It makes such a difference and really helps you relax! The whole staff was so kind and took the time to get to know me. They even shared fun little facts I told them with the dentist so it felt super personal and not rushed at all. Yesterday I brought someone who was overdue for a cleaning and check up. The team was very kind in his care and made sure to keep him calm and explained everything. They took care of him promptly and explained the next steps without cause for alarm. This office is perfect for anyone reluctant to see a dentist, or nervous children.

The bold italic "emergency" feels personal. Btw they won't do anything even if it is an emergency, they will just give you a referral to someone else and still bill you for the appointment. She took the time to make me feel bad for having 5 crowns and some large fillings on my molars, like "Wow you have so many", and started going through my xrays and scan which her assistant Bella had taken just a few minutes prior. By the end of my consultation she had suggested 6 crowns, with a price tag of $11k, and for me to consider extracting my wisdom teeth. Now, I stay on top of my cleanings, floss and have excellent mouth higiene. All the work she suggested was to be proactive and avoid cracking my teeth in the future. So now she wants to see me with 11 crowns!!! Wow, just wow!!!!! Will not be back. The only positive I can add is the Bella was awesome!!! She would be better off working for an honest dentist.

Staff insisted he needed a deep cleaning requiring two additional appointments, quoting $1,400 and invalidating the original plan. We proceeded, assuming the $300 plan would still cover basic preventive care later, as no expiration was mentioned. However, when my son tried to make an appointment in 2026, the office stated the plan had "expired" and was valid for one year from time of purchase and would no longer be honored, despite my payment in 2024 for that specific benefit and the lack of prior notice about expiration. This feels like a deceptive practice. Furthermore, my husband, also a patient, was told he needed a tooth removed. A second opinion from an oral surgeon revealed this was unnecessary. Beyond these issues, the receptionist, who identified herself as the "office manager," needs excessive customer service retraining. Front-facing roles aren't suitable for everyone

They wanted to do an X-ray and exam, which I declined since I had one done just a few months ago. I also declined an exam and asked only for a cleaning. When it was time to pay, I noticed charges for an exam, X-rays, and cleaning. I told the front desk I only received a cleaning, and she checked with the dentist. He claimed he had done an exam -- but he was the one who cleaned my teeth himself, and there was no separate exam performed. I'm disappointed because I was charged for a service I clearly declined and didn't receive. Patients deserve honesty and transparency in billing. Always review your statement carefully before paying.

They speak to you as if they are mandatory services and not optional. The older women at the front desk are terrible. They are nice to your face but will speak about you behind your back. I called and canceled my appointment and received confirmation. The next day, they call to ask if I'm coming to my appointment. I explained that I called and cancelled the appointment the day prior. She said okay and apologized and hung up. Weeks later I receive a bill for $50 due to missing my appointment. I called and explained that I canceled. She said no problem they will take care of it. A few weeks later I receive another bill. I go in and show them my call log and that I called and canceled the appointment. They said okay and that it would be handled. A few weeks later I receive a bill for $50 again. I finally just decided to pay the money rather than this poorly run dental office send something to collections and ruin my credit due to them trying to scam patients who have cancer. Very disappointed in this company. I hope someone from corporate will reach out to make this right. I do NOT recommend going to this location.
