They refused and stuck me with the entire bill. So needless to say their services will no longer be needed. (But the crazy thing is they didn't save $30 they lost $100s if not $1000s by losing a client!) (If I feel that I'm treated unfairly by any business regarding any issue and I give them a chance to redeem the relationship and they don't - I'm gone.)
