As always Dr. Sherrills team went over and above! I had concerns about results of an xray of my cervical spine and they got right back to me. I was able to bring my xray disk in and Dr. Sherrill went over it with me, discussed treatment plan and is working with my along with my physical therapy team to alleviate the symptoms and strengthen and align my spine and core. Since starting with them, Dr. Sherrill has helped me throughout my martial arts journey, and I finally earned my black belt! Without them, I doubt I would have achieved this. Updates: One thing I've learned is the importance of finding what works best for you when it comes to seeing a chiropractor and getting therapy. Some people prefer going twice a month or once a month, but I see Dr. Sherrill every week. Given the intensity of my sport, this is what works best for me, and it's a big reason I rarely get injured. I urge you not to quit or stop therapy just because you're feeling good or "cured." I've personally realized that I'm not getting any younger, and you're never truly cured. Yes, it can feel tough to spend money when you're not in pain--you might want to save it or use it elsewhere. But I've made that mistake before: I've seen other chiropractors and stopped once I felt 100%, only to get injured again a few months later and have to start over. I'm like a car that needs regular maintenance. Even if you replace one part, the rest of the car is still aging. In the past, when I got hurt, it would take me 3-4 months to recover. Since seeing Dr. Sherrill, if my back starts to hurt, I usually bounce back in 1-2 weeks. I haven't needed to go on leave, file for workers' compensation, or lose income by missing work. Would you rather stay healthy, keep your job, and recover faster, or be set back for months, spending even more money on pain medications, doctor visits, and potentially being out of work or earning less? Went in with a pinched nerve in upper back. For some reason he cracked my neck. I left and had even more pain in back and now neck and shoulder and arm. Returned to inform them and all he did was crack my neck again. I told him I had more pain that I didn't have on first visit. Went back for a 3rd visit and could barely walk and sit or sleep. Pain was increased and excruciating. Didn't seem like he even listened to me. He wanted to crack me again. I am so glad I didn't let him crack me again. I left and went to another chiropractic and I was diagnosed with a C5 herniated disc in my neck. The physical therapy and recovery took almost 8 months and I wasn't back to 90% until 18 months after. I would never recommend this chiropractic to anyone!!! read more

Dr. Christian and his staff are wonderful. They have given me back the mobility to enjoy an active life. Before receiving treatment I was locked up with terrible neck pain that never went away. I made one decision after going to this facility - NEVER to go to a insurance listed chiropractor again. After a few visits to this facility, I strongly feel I am better off going to a chiropractor that DOES NOT take insurance and instead file my own claim for any reimbursement from my insurance company that may ultimately be due to me at a later time. This is a nice facility, with some cool state of the art stuff... but who is paying for that cool stuff? What really caught my attention - and not for the better, was my observation while sitting in the waiting room; a parent being "counseled" by staff at the counter on the need to obtain orthotics for her maybe 9 year old kid who was in a baseball uniform... a NINE (give or take) year old kid who is growing... how much use will he get from the orthotics when his foot grows a couple more sizes in a month or two? The orthotics are not cheap. But not to worry, PAYMENT PLANS are avaiable and they were offered to her. If your gonna try to pressure someone, don't do it in the lobby waiting room. I did see the doctor, for about three minutes - if that, for actual hands on treatment (although there was plenty of face time to discuss my planned treatment, my insurace coverage, and the ease of a payment plan among other items -- special orthotics and special pillow, which could be added to my treatment payment plan). The rest of the time, they used some of those gadgets on me... I know, because the use of those gadgets was on my insurance statement. I went to this facility because the reviews were pretty good - and was disappointed. This facility is not what I was looking for and I certainly did not like trying to be sold on orthotics and a pillow - although it was not "pressure" per say, it was still covered heavily. I felt like if I did not go the route of the orthotics, my treatments were not going to be able to accomplish their full potential. I also strongly felt like my insurance coverage and how much could be made from that entity were of primary importance - I was just the facilitator. I did find a non-insurance chirpractor out of town. I have been reimbursed by my insurance for each of my visits. And, it is important to note that the hands on time with the non-insurance taking chiropractor was well over 30 minutes - I was AMAZED. Although my out of pocket was a bit higher by about $20, it was worth it and I felt and feel great! All in all, do your homework. I mean the reviews are GREAT! I was sold. read more

Love this place! Been going for over 5 months. I could barely turn my head from my neck. Had constant lower back pain after my last two kids and my hips were in excruciating pain with any pressure (like sleeping). I only have random pain now and minimal compared to when I started. Had no other therapies or treatments except what they did. My MD only wanted to give me meds and send me on my way and I wasn't okay with that. And it keeps getting better. I love they check your progress. They do have other items for sale (special pillows, shoes etc) but I said no to some and never felt pressured to buy or even asked again. I was a bit worried after my first visit pressure to buy stuff may happen in future but they never did. It's a whole treatment plan! read more

This place is so wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised (after my first phone call!) to find out that not only do they accept my insurance, but that Dr. Sherill is a Webster trained chiropractor which means he is certified to treat me during my pregnancy. I was at the end of my rope trying to treat my debilitating pregnancy-related sciatica and nothing was working. I IMMEDIATELY felt relief after my first appointment and felt very comfortable with the treatment plan we had come to. Absolutely everything, including the hydro massage I get each session, is covered by my insurance. I have never felt pressured or upsold for any reason. I am due next month and have not had a single episode since beginning treatment here. To me, this is absolutely priceless. I love the staff here as well! Dr. Sherrill is very nice and very knowledgeable, as is his staff. During my initial consultation, everyone was very welcoming. Unfortunately, I couldn't help but feel very mislead during my 2nd appointment. I was supposed to get my first adjustment, but prior to that, I had to speak with one of the office staff. She took me into an office to "review" the treatment plan the doctor had "recommended"for me. However, it was more of a contract than it was a recommendation. This plan would cost over $2000. It included things like hydromasage sessions, expensive orthotics and some special pillow. While all of this stuff is nice, it's not something I asked for and definitely not something I can afford right now. I understand how all of these things would be helpful for my pain issues, my main concern was getting the adjustments I needed to start the initial healing process. They said I could pay monthly installments, but right now,I can't afford that payment either. So, Because I couldn't commit to the "plan," I was basically shown the door. I could not receive an adjustment that day because I couldn't commit to the plan. It wasn't even offered for me to use one of the visits my insurance pays for (and it's insurance they accept because I used it for my initial consultation). I was very upset. I felt like because they couldn't make that $2k off of me, I wasn't worthy of their time. I have been in quite a bit of pain for a while and I was very much looking forward to getting treated and hopefully start feeling better. So much for that idea. read more

Shout out to Dr. Sherrill & his team. Texted Jessica last minute yesterday to see if there were any openings. They were able to squeeze me in that afternoon. I tweaked my lower back over the weekend and was laid up in pain. After an adjustment and stim with ice I was as good as new. Woke up today and took me a few minutes to realize I wasn't in pain and had my full mobility back. Going in Friday for a follow up. You can foam roll all day and try to "crack" your own back, but an adjustment from Dr. Sherrill hits different and doesn't take any time at all. Love that I'm in and out within 20-30 minutes.
