Seriously…read more I went in on Thursday afternoon after my husband spoke with them, stating they needed the sink so they could get the granite (that we hadn't even selected yet) ready to be installed on Monday. We were a bit surprised because the estimate that we were told from where we purchased from said it would be 4 weeks. I can't remember the gent's name who asked me which side of the sink I wanted the soap dispenser on, so when I called my husband to ask, he walked me with out to my Jeep and tossed this massive deep sink and faucet over his shoulder like it was a pillow of air or something. After I dropped it off and went back home, we drove back to the warehouse we were purchasing the granite from down the road from them at MSI. (mind you I'm in the Ann Arbor area, they are NOT close!) As promised we had it installed on Monday with the edging we asked for, and it looks perfect! Talk about fast...I had the granite selected on Thursday and it was installed on Monday! The installer, Drew, arrived on time, was respectful of our home and didn't damage anything. For a half day's work in a small space he had a lot of details to contend with (removal and replacement of quarter round molding, moving the dryer out and back and removing and reinstalling the bifold closet doors. A date and time were scheduled, but no one showed up. A call to them indicated a lack of professionalism and process where apparently the service rep had and took the option of not coming to the appointment, or calling to cancel. Such geographic discrimination is ridiculous, especially since they are located in Southfield, not exactly a tony suburb to flip their noses at business in Detroit. I found them overall to be amateur, unprofessional, and unworthy of further consideration.
