We had an issue with one zone having errors after my toddler was tampering with the motion sensor. One quick call later, their tech walked us through disabling the zone in minutes. I honestly can't say enough about how much better this experience has been than working with ADT or Ackerman!! With ADT, I'd still be on hold, getting transferred endlessly, only to be told a tech could come out a week later to try and upsell us a whole new system. Switch to Premier.
