I would avoid Scott at all costs…read more Unprofessional does not quite sum this up. Scott was referred to me as someone who could work on my EM pinball. While it seemed that the fix was good, the next day the game would not turn on. When I called him to come back, he has since ghosted me. He scratched my stairs with his crude dolly, he put my 54 year old game on its corner, on pavement, and to pivot it, he said to a pinball restorer: "I should have charged him more once I saw his house", he ruined a piece of invisiglass, which he refuses to pay for or replace on top of being pretty undependable.

I stumbled across this business of Scott's and very happy I did. I have an old Bally strikes and…read morespares pinball machine that hadn't worked in 10 years, ifnot more. Scott was quick to call me back and schedule a visit to my house. He worked diligently and got the game working. There happened to be a glitch with one of the flippers so a couple of days later he was back and this time he decided to take two computer boards home and get them perfected. He said it would probably be a couple of weeks and he came back, everything was going great! I did ask him ask him back one more time, probably more for "user"questions, but he also changed a couple of lightbulbs at the same time. one thing I'll say, when he opens that machine he is so into his job of fixing any problem. He never rushed through the job. He's very personable and nice. I'm so very happy to have discovered him and his business. I highly recommend Scott for all the work he does. Thank you, Scott. Jan T

Different and wonderful, great for adults or older kids. This is the perfect cool birthday thing to…read moredo for my son and his friends for the last 3 years, with a total of 4 players each time. Not just for kids, I can imagine 4 adults having a great time dog fighting in the sky. For us our ages were 18 to 11 all equally had a great time. Such a cool experience. Our most recent instructor was Gareth and he trained and helped design simulators for the British air force, EXTREMELY experienced, the previous times the instructors were pilots, so they obviously go out of there way to have very knowledgeable instructors. This place is a hidden gem, the simulators each have 3 large screens in front of you to completely immerse you in the flying experience, the headsets alone give you the ambient sound, and voices to shoot or when you are locked on (I am assuming as a true airplane would), but also allow the players to talk to each other. I don't know how they do it, but when you look up, down or sideways, you are seeing the tracking of the headsets which allows you to feel as though you are truly in the cockpit. They played different scenarios, some in which they were battling the enemy and others where they were battling amongst themselves in dogfights. Each player has always said they would definitely do it again. I think I had as much fun sitting in the room watching the gaming. I can't think of another place that does this and being on the outskirts of the Palwaukee Airport I think adds to the ambiance. I think this is a must do for everyone, at least once, but bet they would do it again. We will be back! Thank you to the instructors! You are a talented bunch.

They said it had no balance, but i checked on the website and it stated I had the full balance. I had even tried to use it for bowling, but since i booked online i had to pay in full online with my credit card. They couldn't reverse the charge and charge my gift card instead. And now for the worst part, if you reserve online you could be paying 2x or more to bowl. I was told the cost per game was ~$8.50 a person per game. That is the price when you walk in without a reservation. I reserved for 10 people online at $35 a person. That is for two hours of play per person. They gave us two lanes. If i were to have had 3 people, it's still $35 a person for two hours. You literally get ripped off the more people you have. And if it's not enough for the crazy mark up with reserving online, they also charge you a $22 reservation fee to book online. And finally, if you book online you have to pay for shoes for everyone. We only needed 5 shoes but paid for 10. I figured they could refund some money back, but nope they just gave me additional credits to use for food. And so since my toddler typically eats burgers or pizza when bowling, it was even harder to use it. I know it's not the fault of the workers there, it's just corporate policy, but if you can I would 100% avoid this place because of their pricing structure.
