I brought my husband's phone here today. The man behind the counter was very nice, and since I couldn't figure out how to remove the lock screen, he asked if I had 20 minutes right now and he could just work on it as I waited. He came back after maybe 15 minutes and said he took it all apart and found a crack in the motherboard, which he couldn't fix. Not only did he not charge me for his time, he told me how to get my phone insurance to send me a replacement. Thank you! The guy replaced my iPhone 6s screen for $80 with tempered glass, put a high protective coating and new protector on it for another $20. $50 cheaper than the Apple Reps and a lot faster. Ulia called me when my phone was ready less than an hour later, and stayed open 30 minutes after he was supposed to close. That's great service! read more

Have to say these guys know what they're doing!! brought my iPhone because the charging port wasn't working right. The guy said let me take a look at it, blew some air into it and said here ya' go should be working fine. We tested the port and sure enough it was working fine. Honest and reputable store... he could have told me that we needed to change the port and charged me but instead did the quick fix and didn't even charge me. I cracked my phone yesterday and it was driving my ocd crazy all day, it's also had a jacked up speaker since the day I got it fully stock brand new. Brought the phone shattered screen and awful speaker and all to wireless for you and they had it back to me in perfect condition BETTER then brand new!!! Clear as day speaker, perfect screen. AND added a glass screen protector, no charge. This place is so amazing when it comes to getting you the best deal they can offer. My phone was Absolutely BROKEN after a horrible fall it took. ( don't ask. I'm clumsy lol) It's a slightly outdated model so I was very nervous that they wouldn't have all the pieces. IT NEEDED A NEW EVERYTHING. Screws, new screens, protecter screen, HOME BUTTON. Thankfully they had nearly everything I needed. They even slashed some of their prices on my behalf seeing as my phone would be a real project to deal with. Strangely enough this is my first review writing on this place but it isn't my first time being there. This place is the only place I ever go to get my phone repaired. I am a very clumsy person prone to dropping my phone. This has been like the 4th time I've taken my phone and they always have such a great attitude. I will be returning when the inevitable day comes that my phone has gone through something else horrible. THANKS AGAIN to the staff who got what I needed done on a timely manner!! So appreciative and I Will be back. Also as a extra plus, they have great phone cases and phone accessories at great prices, so even if ur phone isn't broken, you can always go just for some extra protection. I was unable to recover data from them in different ways. Disc one was an external drive that would not power on. I tried removing it from its external enclosure and powering it from another, more different enclosure to no avail. The system was indeed down. Disc two was an internal drive that used to be my C drive- my boot drive. I removed it from an old computer after it stopped booting and put it into an external enclosure. Several different computers (Mac & PC) would recognize it sporadically, though none could access the data on it- error codes always came up. Before I removed it, from the old computer, I tried booting from an optical disc and other assorted methods, many other assorted methods... I believe I was very thorough in my efforts. I sent both in and received near 100% recovery. They said it was 100% from one and 99.9% from the other but I am unable to find that .1%. I got all of this for just barely above the $300 price in their name (each, not total). So for about $600 total (including new discs on which my recovered data was transferred and return shipping) I got this incredible service. The total price I paid for both discs at 300DDR is less than I was quoted at several other places for one disc. At each step they were great communicators, from their receipt of the discs to my receipt of the recovered data. I hope I never need their services again but should, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them.

Solomon's HDD Recovery service was very professional, thorough, and a quick turnaround (less than a…read moreweek). Data was recovered as promised. I had 20 or so years of mp3s, photos, movies, and videos that was lost when my single volume D:\ shared across two 512gb hdd was removed causing all of my data to disappear. Solomon was able to recover 99% of the data and back into its original folders. I'm giving a four star instead of five because the service was relatively pricey $699 compared to other quotes I received, however HDD Recovery was a lot closer to where I live. Also, because my hard drives were relatively full, some important financial files I had in the root directory were not recoverable. Regardless, I'd still recommend if price is not a concern and if you value years worth of data recovered for whatever reason, convenience or sentimentality.

Robert at LowCostRecovery was able to repair the drive and recover 100% of my files - it only took about a week. He asked for no money up front and would only charge me if I accepted his results. It ended up costing less than a third of what a big box store (that will remain unnamed) wanted to charge me. Those, uh, "geeks" wanted $1750 up front to attempt recovery. If they were "successful", which they defined as any number of files restored (even just one), I could accept it for the $1750, or decline it, in which case they would still keep $1300. So potentially just a few files for $1750, or nothing for $1300. I'm not a business, it's just family stuff and couldn't justify that cost. So happy I found Robert. My family thanks you for saving our precious memories.
