This place is incredible! I really needed a screen repair ASAP and was immediately helped by Karen. This guy said 25 minutes and he wasn't kidding!! Screen went from super cracked to back on track! And for the price you can beat this place for iPhone or cellphone screen repair.

Iservice replaced my LED screen on my iphone on September13,2022. By the end of October my phone had problems with the lamination of LED replacement. With iPhones, that's where you "open" which you need to do in order to use it. i came back to the store hoping for some help and support. Instead i was met with arrogance and rudeness. The gentleman who did the work was talking to someone. Then when he listened to me and he promptly dismissed my issues and said he didn't guarantee his work for more than 2 months plus i had to produce a receipt. (I paid with a credit card and the receipt is easily retrieved as i provide for here.) The "client" he was talking to then grabbed my iPhone and ripped off my screen saver. My goodness, who is this stranger grabbing my iPhone and mauling it? Here is the receipt for the work that i got done which is still less than 2 months ago! Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this place.

I broke my screen today. The pixels got all messed up and turned green down the right side of the screen. There was a black ink looking blob at the bottom corner. Eventually the screen went black and I was unable to look at anything, but the phone was working. Since my phone was locked, I couldn't get in. Brought my phone to Arthur after looking around for other places and pricing. He was definitely the best price but also had a few options for the screen repair. He took care of me and I let him fix my phone. The job was done within 15 minutes. We went through my phone to make sure everything was working. The screen looks just as good as it did. There was a small crack on my screen prior so it worked out as now I also have a new glass. He also fixed up my phone with a screen protector. The phone works great and the results are as if it was new. He also took the time to clean my phone and speakers. Now my speakers are really loud, like they used to be. I'm happy Arthur helped me and fixed my phone. I would come back if I needed any other repairs. I recommend coming here to see Arthur. read more

I wish i could put no star: This guys charged me 250$ for the screen repair for my iphone 12 Pro max and put cheapest chinese parts, which are not reacting on my fingers and the phone is turning off and turning on automatically at the time i was charging my phone, i went over there to ask a refund but they said we cant return you money because your phone falling and thats why its not working properly, i went to another repair shop and they changed my screen again and there is no turning off and turning on anymore. This "store" is the size of a closet and you could easily miss it walking by. With that said, quick and clean service. Was in and out with a fixed screen in 5 min. While the price is slightly higher than other shops, it's worth it for the time savings and having the work done right in front of you in minutes, versus having your phone taken out of sight for up to an hour or more. I missed the location at first because I was looking for a separate building with an individual sign, but I called and they confirmed it was inside the "Tropicana" smoke shop, right next to a laundromat. They were supposed to replace it with the same size drive, "had to order it," then installed a smaller drive that was previously USED. How do I know? It has a prior customer's data transfer on it from Sept 2025. That $50 diagnostic fee that they said goes towards the repair? Nope! Separate line item on receipt. Also quoted me a price on the same size drive by 2 different employees, then magically the smaller drive is that price and the same size drive would have been $100 more. Also want to point out that part of the delay was b/c they had to order the drive, but then they just installed a drive that's been laying around for at least 6 months? These guys are great if you need to do a battery swap. But PC repair? Stay away. Also make sure that any price quotes they give you are in writing, b/c it's funny that 2 different people quoted the same price but then it magically changed after they installed a drive.

Also, there is a bright spot on my phone on the right side, which affects my wallpaper. I came into this place to have it checked out and see how much it would cost to repair. The tech took one look at the photo and said it's not the screen that's damaged. It's the photo is highlighting a glare in the background. He switched it to night mode, and the glare was gone, so it was clearly the photo I had as a background and not the screen itself. Also, I asked him about the streaks of light on my photos. He took one look at it and said that my lens cover is really dusty. He cleaned it off and we took a photo and all the streaks were gone. I wanna point this out because these are two things that any dishonest repair shop can easily say they will look at it and fix it and charge me $100-$200. Because of their honesty, this was a five minute visit where he did want adjustment and one lens cleaning and didn't even charge me. It's good to know that they are still honest repairman out there. If I do have a problem, I will be sure to come back here

I spent close to $100 for a battery replacement for my iPhone 7 because my old battery has gradually degraded. I followed instructions from them "post installation" as well. Result: same drainage. Within a few hours and it's lost 50%. And I use apps same amount (same ones) since I bought the 7 last September. When I originally bought the phone lasted well over a day. With much usage. Conclusion: either they didn't replace the battery or they lied about oem and gave me the worst quality ever. Beyond disappointed. read more

This place was highly recommended to me. But I still had my doubts (since I've heard horrible stories about replacing screens like at the mall) but my screen to my iPhone 6 was completely cracked so it was either give it a try or get a new phone. Arthur is the real deal. Fixed my phone using tape a piece of paper and actually checked what is wrong with it isntead of charging a diagnostic fee. I tried to pay and he refused. Told me no charge.
