The customer service representative told me that I would have to return the equipment including the device that was on the salilite dish. I explained that the dish was to high for me to reach. Fast forward to today. I was charged $323.00 for not returning the equipment. Why didn't Viasat state like Direct TV did . That I could take the equipment to a recycling center disposable site. When I spoke to a Viasat representative last night. She was very unhelpful and reading from her notes she told me that they offered a technician to remove the device. THEY DID NOT. I will never do further business with Viasat. Nor should anyone else. Their customer service is horrible.

I asked where is their posted sign that says no refund , since every legitimate business is supposed to display it, and was told they "don't need to have one." Basically, they take your money, do a poor job, and leave you stuck. They kept pushing me off, telling me "come back in 3 days," then "come back in 2 weeks," then just flat out ignoring my calls. Finally took the phone in within a week of having it repaired and was charged another $65 to see if it resolved the issue. If it's an iPhone, I recommend to just get it fixed at a genuine iPhone replacement store with genuine parts for a better quality screen.
