Absolutely horrible experience with Focus Camera through Best Buy Marketplace. I provided detailed delivery instructions, including my apartment number and gate code, yet my package was still left OUTSIDE my gated apartment complex in plain public view. The delivery photo literally confirms it was dumped outside the gate instead of delivered securely. Of course the package was stolen within minutes. What makes this worse is Focus Camera's response was essentially: "Sorry, contact the police." No accountability. No refund. No attempt to resolve the issue despite the obvious negligent delivery placement. If you cannot ensure secure delivery -- especially for expensive electronics -- then you should not be offering shipping services in the first place. Customers should not have to gamble on whether their package will actually make it past the sidewalk. I would strongly recommend avoiding Focus Camera unless you enjoy paying hundreds of dollars for invisible products and canned customer service responses. read more

Prices too good to be true. Purchased a DELL Monitor for a great price. Product page mentioned the DELL 3 year warranty. However, when I checked the warranty it was in Canada and DELL would not allow me to transfer the warranty to the US without knowing the original purchaser. Focus Camera said they did not have that information. Really? Where did they purchase it from? So I guess they don't know where their products are coming from. Maybe they are stolen? read more

I have never been to the physical location. I have only had experience ordering online. Product arrived. My only observation is that I wish Focus used a faster shipping method like some other retailers. Other than that no problems and the price was very reasonable. I still find the Westcott FJ80 Flash one of the easiest flashes on the market to use. The touchscreen is a game chabger. This is the second one I have. It has the ability to update, so is things change in cameras and new models come out, Westcott updates the flash for a compatibility. That's pretty cool. The other big draw to this camera is it's a multi camera flash. It can be used on every camera. So if I'm shooting with a friend that has a Nikon and I have a Canon, My friend can use my flash if he doesn't have one already. I hope to get a FJ400 full location kit from Focus when I can afford it!!! read more

BUYER BEWARE The retailer has a presence on Ebay. I recently purchased a UPS from them and upon its arrival I noticed the OEM packaging had been resealed. Some internal packaging was missing and there was a noticeable burnt electrical smell. The date on the bench test was 2015. It looked new. Charged the batteries overnight then turned it on. It immediately alarmed, the batteries had no charge. Trickle charger is broke. Sent it back for a replacement. Received the replacement with even less OEM packaging and this time the bench test date was 2002. Yeah, you read it right, 2002. After charging the batteries it powered up just fine and after a couple hours I plugged my PC and accessories in and forgot about it until about a week later. Alarm went off and I saw the batteries were dead. Again, the trickle charger broken. First off, they were selling them "new" which they weren't. Second, that is fraud and is considered a crime. I've reported them to Ebay but who knows if they'll straighten them out. They screwed me twice so now it's time to return the favor. BUYER BEWARE read more

I purchased a Ryzen CPU from Focus Camera through their eBay store and had a terrible experience. They failed to disclose that this was actually a drop-ship item from Amazon, which created numerous issues. When I tried to have them add my apartment's door code to the delivery instructions (so the driver could actually access my building), their only response was that I needed to contact Amazon directly to provide the door code. This was impossible since the order wasn't under my Amazon account, so Amazon couldn't help me. Predictably, the package was lost because the delivery driver couldn't access my building. When I contacted Focus Camera about this problem, they again deflected responsibility and told me to deal with Amazon directly - despite the fact that I never ordered anything from Amazon! I ordered from Focus Camera on eBay, so they should have handled this situation. The lack of transparency about their drop-shipping practices and their unwillingness to take responsibility for the order I placed with THEM resulted in a lost package and wasted time. Absolute garbage customer experience. Note that I purchased something through the target app but Focus Camera was the "partner seller". So after placing the order I was given an estimated delivery date, so I waited, and waited, and waited for a shipping notification that never came. Finally the "delivery date" arrived and still no shipping notification. Mind you this was about two weeks after I made the order, so it's not like this happened in the span of a couple days. The day after that I log into the app and see that my order was cancelled. I wasn't given any notice or sent any message about it, just cancelled after two weeks of waiting and no indication there was any issue. I understand things happen and orders sometimes get cancelled, but come on, it should not have taken that long. I could have been out finding the item I wanted somewhere else if I had known, but instead I had to wait two weeks and still wasn't actually told there was any issue. Just a really crappy experience. Fairly easy to find what I wanted to order and they had some package deals with some extra accessories for the same prices that other companies were charging but offering less items. I ordered online late on a Saturday after they were closed and on Monday I got notification that my items were shipping out and they provided the tracking information. I ordered a scope from them online. (Amazon) I have never seen a product come like this. The interior box was completely soaked, absolutely wet, dripping. The outside box was dry, completely normal. That means, someone, knowingly put a soaked product in the box. Focus Camera does NOT pack and ship orders with care. Beware if you're ordering anything fragile and of value, as they will ship it in ONLY the product box. They don't bother double-boxing your order with any added protection (bubble wrap, packing paper, etc.). They didn't even bother to tape the product box closed. The box had been opened before arrival and there were fingerprints on the item (it was listed as brand new). They only want your money, and don't care about whether or not you're satisfied. They'll shift blame if there is an issue and won't take any responsibility for their utter incompetence when it comes to packing and shipping orders. There are plenty of other companies that actually DO care about their customers and who will ship orders properly, with care. Don't feed this greedy company! They don't care about you, so why should you care about them? Spend your hard earned money elsewhere if you want what you ordered to arrive protected and in good shape. Focus Camera, shame on you! The FocusCamera website would have you believe a cancellation can be made before the product is shipped, when in fact this is impossible because: 1. the cancellation cannot be done online, so you must contact their customer support, and 2. their customer support takes several days to respond, by which time the product has shipped. I took a screenshot of my order, which was in "pending" state when I requested the cancellation. I also have a screenshot of the tracking history, which shows that despite the fact that it took FocusCamera 24 hrs to ship the item, they refused to cancel it only minutes after the order was placed. And of course, I have their customer support email sent 5 days after my cancellation request, when it was too late because the item had already shipped. Due to the sensitive information in the screenshots, I won't display them publicly, and not only I am never going to purchase anything from Focus Camera again, but I also suggest to all my friends, and everyone else, to stay away from this untrustworthy retailer! read more
