This place doesn't even deserve one star. Took my phone for a battery replacement and guess thing you know screen went black. When I took it back the nasty attitude "lady" if you can call her that was reluctant to take any type of responsibility. This happened the next morning 6am and I had picked up 5:30pm one day before. Horrible experience! SCAM Do not recommend!! Brought two iPads to get fixed. Was charged $145 for each. After using for 2 days, they both took a . Called up the fatty up front with the Becky attitude and she was SUREEE she can fix it LOL after calling that it's ready, wife went to pick it up. It wasn't ready but him/her was working on it but ran out of "glue". The heffa has the audacity to ask my wife to drive her to a near by store. Fastforward.. After a day she claimed she "FIXED" it, once again, they're both either black screen or touchscreen isn't working properly. Called up the she dude again for a refund. He/she agreed but decided to want to take her/he/him/theys screen that he installed. Okay fine, but the mf said that he/she doesn't have a screen for me because they don't keep them. Now I was forced to buy their broken screen that they installed. She obviously needs a lot of training. Not only with my, but she was handling the other customers request professionally. When I went back to pick up my phone I was amazed by the result. My 17 yr old daughter went In with her iPhone screen broken for a simple screen repair. After the screen was "fixed " and payed for ($81) she returned to the store with problems of the backspace button not working ,Bluetooth unavailable and having weak connection. All problems that weren't there just hours before. She went in and the woman (Alexa ) who helped her before wasn't there and she was told to come back the next day ,when she was working. So she came back the next day and they had told her that those problems couldn't have been caused because they just fixed the screen, but they offered to take it and open the phone and take a look. She left her phone there and got a call and hour later that her "motherboard was glitching and that's the cause", "he can fix it for about $120 and it's a two day job". My daughter knew better and declined the offer and took her phone back. My husband found someone to look at it for a second opinion and he found out that the technician at Wireless Toyz must have changed the time and date to January 1st 2000. Making the phone wack out because it was out of date. After changing the date and time back her phone is back to normal and working just fine . They saw a young woman and assumed that they could pull one over on her and scam her!! So if you were thinking about coming here , do not they are only out for money not to help you. read more

I went to Wireless toys to buy two new phones from boost. One of the phones worked perfectly with no problems, however the second phone the LG Stylo 5 had issues. The secure lock screen came on its own requiring a password that I didn't have, so I took it back wireless toys to see if they could help me and they wanted to charge me a $25 fee for a hard reset, I told them I couldn't afford it and left and took the phone home with me where my boyfriend did the hard reset for free. A day or two later the phone did it again so I filed a claim with the insurance company and they told me they couldn't help me with it being a factory defect. When I went back to wireless toys on Bonanza and Lamb the girl there told me that she could exchange it for a fee of $35 restocking charge and when I told her what the insurance company said she basically told me there was nothing she could do. They sold me a bad phone that had been hacked by someone and refused to help me with the problem and all they want to do is charge me money for everything. That place is a joke, all they want to do is take your money and not be there to help you when you need it. If you want to buy a bad or broken phone go to wireless toys on Bonanza and Lamb they would love to take your money and give you a defective phone with no refunds. read more

Moises L. Avoid this place. You will save money in the long run. The technician, middle eastern man, sold me an unlock iphone 6 misrepresenting that it was brand new for $350+. It did look brand new in the box so I went for it. It turned out to be a total fraud. It started overheating and acting weird from day one such as opening pages by itself, typing by itself, etc. I took it to another shop and the technician there told me it had a defective brain. I brought it back to this store and I was surprised to see that all the help like loyal sheep are trained to tell you all sales are final. Upon insisting on talking to the middle eastern man he told me it was the battery and would charge me $50 to replace it if it fixed the problem and there was no charge for his fee only the fee for the battery. I told him ok bs I knew it would not fix it - he was just trying to get more money out of me. When he realized he could not fix the phone he put the old battery back and told me that all sales are final. My advise go to a big store such as Sprint, Verizon, etc. you will save money in the long run. Suing this fraud, even though there is a high probability I'll win, would be a waste of time bs NV's law protect business and not consumers when it comes to collecting on the judgment. The only way to protect the public from this fraud is a web site like this one. When you talk to this guy you can tell he has F a lot of people. I certainly do not envy his job. P.S. This middle eastern guy is not a good technician either. Simple problems he can fix but hard one you can tell he does not know what the F his is doing. Don't find the hard way and good luck dealing with this middle man type of stores. read more
