So i got my phone screen fixed about 4 weeks ago and since its been fixed ive been back to the store 4 times. I never had any issues with my phone battery until i got the screen fixed! mind you my home button on my iPhone 8 was also broken and that's a separate part from the guy fixing the screen but still a full price charge to fix the screen and the button! every week I've went back my phone has gotten worse! its now to the point where I have to buy a new phone so my =, to top that off a few of the Hispanic women in there are beyond rude and not afraid to show their racism and get beyond disrespectful with their mouth to mainly guys! Ive watched females go in there irate over their phones not being fixed properly and those hispanic women scrambled like eggs to get them taken care of,so i know what im talking about! i sat one day an entire 4 hours in that shop to still not have my phone fixed properly, to have to go back the next week and spend another 2 hours to not have my phone fixed properly, to have to go back in there this morning after the guy told me to come in he'd fix it to tell me i need a new battery for for him to try and charge me another $45 for that to be fixed! i dont think the know or understand not everyone that goes to them are junkies ,dope fiends, or alcoholics or even homeless or displaced but theyre quick to treat you as such! If anyone needs their phone repaired look around and try your best NOT TO GO THERE because it's not going to be fixed properly and the scheme is to make something loose or work improperly for you to have to come back and spend more money! Oh yea and please don't trust non of their phone plans as they are also scams, the bills are higher than the regular phone companies and they over charge for phones you can get from target or Walmart, Ive seen them tying to up sale a lady that went in there to get her Razor fixed the price to fix it the lady was ok with and she had stated she had just switched companies then the price to fix her phone went up unless she switched to their phone company that had a $100 MORE ON THE BILL THAN THE COMPANY SHE HAD JUST SWITCHED TO WITH LESS OF THE FEATURES,AND PLAN SERVICE SHE HAD JUST OBTAINED WITH THE NEW COMPANY SHE HAD SWITCHED TO! They're not good sales people and if you listen and pay attention to what they're telling you, you will see they're scamming you! STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANY OF THEIR STORES! Go to someone you can trust because those people cannot be trusted! Oh yea then i was offered to buy an android phone for $100 as well, anything to get your money with those people! STAY FAR AWAY! I came in today to Adaline and the girl that was in there today today is November 29. I had gone in there and I was on the grandfather plan and this girl took me off the grandfather plan and I didn't want that as she was being completely rude you know when I would call she would hang up on me when I would ask her her name she wouldn't answer. She gave me an attitude and she would tell me to get out of my store and this and that this is horrible. that is the worst wireless toys ever I cannot believe that they have employees like this. Nobody should go to the store because of that employee the service there is horrible. The Boost mobile that is on Maryland and Charleston. I came over here and they helped me completely. They were not rude. They were great so I would recommend Boost Mobile on Maryland and Charleston 1175 E. Maryland Charleston. They are wonderful girls over there so nice. they helped me with my customer service and everything. Today November 30th, the worker Manuel called very angry about a negative review left for the store, asking how did the store Boost Mobile on Maryland and Charleston was able to help better than Wireless Toyz. He didn't let me talk, interrupting everything I was saying, giving excuses for the worker. To answer your question Manuel: yes, the workers on Maryland and Charleston Boost are better at helping customers because they CARE about their customer's phone plans and help them reach answer for issues other stores cause. Wireless Toyz refuses to help or solve issues they caused, not ever once apologizing. The point of the call wasn't even to ask "how can we better or service?" or "I'm sorry this happened." Simply to be disrespectful. I do not recommend this store (go to a real Boost Mobile instead -- or whatever phone carrier you use). read more

This store doesn't deserve your HARD EARNED MONEY...... they and the manufacturer's they represent to not stand behind their products. They refuse to promptly and satisfactorily replace defective phones that they and their Manufacturer's both admit are defective at purchase. Instead of handing you another phone and let them deal with the problem and defect between themselves as it should be done..... They expect you to be unconvinced by letting them return your defective device to the Manufacturer to send them a replacement first. Oh sure theyll6give you a loner which means your files and information will need to be transferred multiple times and you'll need to reload all your apps and also learn to use another device......
