This is my favorite phone store. I've been coming to this phone store for years! Probably since it went under new management. They've always gave me very good deals on the phone I want and they give most people free accessiories such as a case or tempered glass. The place seems very clean and well kept. The decorations are nice. The other cool thing about this particular store is they are multicarrier so if you don't like one cell phone company there's more than one you can try out! From Metro PCS to boost Mobile to other small carriers. Even Verizon and At&t prepaid. There's so many options. They always have free phones too! I have to say this is the best place in Mesa to get deals on phones. One of the best things is there's no contracts or credit checks required! You can have the worst credit and still walk out with a brand new phone. Im definitely #TeamiPhone and I've sure broken mine quite a few times. This place is an All-in-one stop because they even do repairs at affordable prices. Need a phone unlocked? This is the place. Unlocks, repairs, awesome phone for free, cell phone accessiories, electronics, unlocked phones, UPS packages, etc. So many options at this place you don't have to go anywhere else. I came to this place and while there was the best exp I found in az. Gavin The store manager and the owner was beyond amazing. My husband and I shared laughs and just goofed around with it, Max, and DJ. I recommend this place to anyone looking for pulse meter or simply a random unlocked device. Just want to send out kudos to Gavin and Maria. These two bent over backwards to get my cell number ported over from AT&T to one of the prepaid carriers that they are an authorized dealer for. It took a cpl hours because AT&T had to release me number and their representatives just didn't seem to know what they were doing. :/ It was either that or they were just purposely trying to make it difficult because they were losing a customer :( At any rate, all's well that ends well and I just want to commend Gavin and Maria for their excellence in customer service . I had the best customer service experience! The owner was extremely helpful and made the transition from changing service providers (Virgin Mobile to Metro PCS) simple and smooth. I was able to keep the same number and got half price on accessories for my new smart phone. Overall, the price, customer service and attentiveness was excellent! Its a small location on University and Alma School road, but perfect if you're in the market for a phone or are just interested in some new accessories. I highly recommend it. This place is amazing I came here because my phone broke on sprint and I wanted to try something new. They got my exact phone number transfered from sprint straight to metro Pcs! And I got a free samsung phone to go along with it! All I had to do was pay my first month of service and a very low priced activation fee and I was good to go in a short amount of time. It's a very friendly store, the staffs are smart, funny and they surely know how to change your mood. They will always go one step ahead to help you out. I was avoiding this store myself with my previous experiences with this place, but one day I had to go there to pay my bill and I had no other choice at that very moment.
