I had a really good experience there the guy that helped my husband and I buy our iPhone 13 was very helpful and changing over the contents of our phones. It looks like a lot of people had to wait quite a while but when I arrived I could walk right in. I'm not sure I would've stayed if I had to wait as long as the other people there. read more

Worst service ever experience. Two month after changing phones I'm still being charge for the phones trade in. They are just there for a paycheck from the careless and rude manager to all of employees. If you need to deal with someone from T-Mobile go to a different store or if Sprint Customer do yourself a favor and call Sprint. read more

Worst store ever. I tried to return my recalled Note 7 to them after being told by another store I had to go to an authorized dealer. I stood in a line for over an hour in a store that had a ton of customers and only 3 people working (and no manager on staff). while in line I overheard a rep telling several people the American version Note 7 doesn't actually explode and that the media over dramatized it and any phone that is exploding is because people are "making them explode to have a lawsuit". He also stated if he thought it wasn't safe he would have his family return theirs. Finally on my turn in line I had a different rep who couldn't figure out how to process my return (obviously a common occurrence in these stores seeing as this was the 2nd store I've been to today). He ended up getting the rep who was telling people the phone isn't dangerous to process my return who got all the way to the end of the return and told me they were charging me a restocking fee. I immediately told him no that's not right and I wasn't paying it. He asked what I wanted him to do about it and I advised to take the phone back and refund my money in full without a restocking fee. At this point he turned to the other girl and said he was going in the back for awhile and just left me standing there. I packed up my things and left since it didn't look like he was helping me anymore and I was done wasting my time. T-Mobile there is a reason I avoid using your stores but after today's experience I think I need to avoid you all together I wasted over 4 hours of my 1 day off to fix this and still do not have it resolved. In addition if your reps are telling people the Note 7 is safe you have a huge issue and grounds for a huge lawsuit if any of those customers phones do blow up. Perhaps you should consider hiring competent staff and training them better. read more

T-Mobile Store 7694, 690 Route 70, Brick , NJ 08723 732- 262-4890 .... sales rep # ****727 ( Michael Betancourt ) date was Monday the 23rd 14:06 PST time according to the paperwork so 5:06 EST ... Went back again on Wed the 25th ** My Metro by T-Mobile went out on Sunday when I was at the beach ... I had no way to call anyone ...on Mon I was waiting for my doctor to call about my medication still the LG IMS pop up kept happening ... only 911 calling then it would work then stop again so I called Metro was on the phone forever a girl walked me through 3 ways to fix it .... not ... then called T Mobile same thing -- both said LG did an update .... called LG and was told T Mobile did an update that was at 330am Monday morning ... when I got up at 2pm LG called Me ( NOT Metro - NOT T-Mobile ... ) and asked if still having the problem and that T Mobile was working on it. ..... so I got in my car drove to Metro in Brick - the store was closed that was around 315pm . SO then I went to the T-Mobile store down the road went in there .. I asked for Senior plan and that was $89. then he said I could get a free phone if I paid upfront for 3 months ( now I have no clue what a prepay is ) so I assumed I was paying for service up front - I had him write that down and said if I don't get one at Boost I would be back- so went to Boost but they were not offering any better then t mobile -- I did NOT want to leave Metro as I pay $40 unlimited call, text and data ..by the way -- I continently was asking if there was a fix for the LG phones & there was a FIX for the LG phones - he also lied to me about the senior plan as the 55+ plan was 27.50 to 45........I called the manager there the next day as I was told not there, called the manager and was told he would call back. he did not ... put a complaint in on FB to no avail yet .. read more

I was once told the term "customer service" does not translate into German. A slightly amusing joke, but one that makes sense when dealing with this German company. I had a 2 year contract and when I went to get my upgrade and new plan after being a sterling customer, I was told I had to pay full price ($560.00) for a new Blackberry phone. I waited a month after cancelling my service (my contract was up, and they still wanted me to pay 200 dollars to leave. It took 3 hours of screaming at someone on the phone to finally get out of there.) and went back and got the same phone for $99. They do not care about their customers. Three months ago, my contract was up again, and I was not about to go through the same hell for another two years. After the usual run-around, I received a bill for two months of service plus late fees (this bill came from a fake collection company. As a law student, I handled that quickly). I called the company and they told me that a year ago they extended my contract by six months, without my approval or signature. This is what you get with T-Mobile. They have already lost 2 class action lawsuits for this exact reason. At this store in particular, the manager is friendly and helpful. I can't remember his name, but he has short hair and is stocky. I've never had a problem with him, and he has always tried to help me out. His employees are another story entirely. If they are willing to stop texting their buddies or boyfriend to push a few keys on the computer, you're lucky. They just read whatever is on the screen and just say "oh, well. That's what it says." They are in no way trying to help you. Stay clear of T-mobile, but if you have had a much better experience than I have, only deal with the manager. This whole operation is a headache.
