Wow, where to start. The sales representative at this store took advantage of my elderly 73 year old mother that was just looking to upgrade her basic iPhone. She wasn't looking for anything crazy and somehow walks out of the store with an iPhone Pro that she never wanted. They also told her the phone came with a "free Apple watch" which really just meant they were charging her a monthly fee. The Apple watch is also not even attached to her phone number and the sales representative opened a second line onto her account that she now has to pay for. This type of financial deception is a form of elder abuse and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Shame on this store and its employees. Do not visit this store because they will take advantage of you and add additional fees onto your bill that you will be stuck with forever. read more

Here is my experience at this AT&T location in Brick; From the beginning when I entered the store the entire staff was busy working with customer I found them be Friendly and Professtional giving each customer the time and attention during my short waiting time. I have been with AT&T since 2009...I have always trusted AT&T for my phone service and much more to offer with their accessories. My decision to buy a new phone was made after speaking with Ashley her questions helped my decision. I am thrilled with my choice I love my new Apple 11 and I chose the beautiful Red cover case and new features are easier to navigate. In addition I noticed the negative reviews on this site which is surprising and the language they use is awful. That shouldn't discourage you from coming into this store. In this world we do have some circumstances that some humans can be described as Rotten Apples. My apologies hope not to offend anyone. I am a new resident to N.J. in this area and my experience was outstanding from my first visit with Abi he was very Professtional answered all my questions. I only left only to get price comparisons at other retailers AT&T offers the most affordable plans, Also helped they took my other phone applied a credit towards my new phone. In closing my second visit to AT&T in Brick...when returned to purchase Abi was busy with another customer, Ashley kindly did asked if I wanted to wait for Abi as long as he knows I returned because he was very kind and professional, shortly Ashley introduced me to Rolando who was also wonderful. My wife and I recently purchased two new IPhones. We did the Buy One Get One deal and left excited. However when we asked about expanding our data plan we were told we would have to wait because the account was locked due to the new purchase. No big deal, we came back a few days later to inquire about the data plan. We were "helped" by an older man who talked down to us like we were idiots, and signed us up for the most expensive plan without letting us know the options. We typically are well informed customers, so we knew that there were definitely different plans that suited us better, and when we said as much he blew us off and said "nope this is the only one." This was on a Sunday and he paid more attention to the Football game on TV than to us. We came back the next Tuesday to fix the problem and adjust a separate small issue. We came in and were greeted kindly by someone telling us it would be 10 minutes or so. He took out names down and continued on with his job. It had taken more than an hour for anyone to come and help us. I am in fact still waiting for help, an hour and 15 minutes and counting. My primary complaint is about the Older man who "helped" us on Sunday, his customer service skills were miserable. And I don't mind waiting, if I had been told a relative accurate wait time. My daughter and I went into the store to get her a new phone. The store was empty and the 3 men working there ignored us at first. We then met with Bill who only had negatives to share. He started out by saying they had very few phones in stock. He did pretty much everything he could to not sell us a phone. I have always had great service in the past at this store. Our iPhone was ruined yesterday after an encounter with the Atlantic Ocean. We took it to the AT&T store for analysis. Their excellent technician, Lamar, confirmed the phone was dead. He arranged for a new phone covered by our insurance plan to be mailed to us. It arrived today. We attempted to set up the new phone. After 4+ hours, and several 'techs', the phone was working. We realized that our contacts were not transferred! We returned to the AT&T store and were met at the door by Lamar. He was able to recover our contacts and synced the phone with our iPad in 30 minutes max!. Lesson learned.....go to the AT&T store for tech support. Lamar's talent and customer service were first class! Thanks again! read more
