Joe Meyer is an excellent fella. Joe is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I'd go to Joe at the 41st and Kiwanis location!

There are two "Mac stores" in SF - MacPros is one…read more I've purchased over 25 Macs over the years - 15 locally. Most from MacPros in all of its ownership iterations. Doing a google-search for the phone number, I found this Yelp listing and noticed the 1-star. To be fair, the critic has a point. MacPros is not a really outgoing, dynamic place - until they hire someone who fits the bill, you won't be greeted with a hug. The place is run by introverts. They're low-energy sorts. But I can think of three employees that are stellar at knowing the product and being ethical in the sale - as in selling what suited the customer best at expense of a higher ticket. I've found MacPros to be consistently helpful, honest and sincere about their passion for Apple Tech. So, in contrast to the prior critic, I recommend MacPros with the caveat that the place is very low-key. If the customer is looking for a more polished sales-culture visit MacDoctors. Either one will sell/service just fine. But I choose MacPros But for the best Apple experience? Get in the car/plane and go to an Apple store. :)

We spent almost six hundred dollars on the repair after having taken in our MacBook and cord. They've returned the laptop via mail and insist we did NOT provide the cord. We did. So we are basically being referred to as liars and told to look at a video of our visit. However there were NUMEROUS customers who could have easily and unintentionally walked off with it.They insist we are wrong. Find a company with integrity. You won't find it here.

Had to have screen protector replaced in a matter of months and then the next screen protector didn't last even quite as long. Which the glass from the protector coming off cut me and dropped phone, which shattered phone screen. Store employee only said that I'm insured only for so many (2-3) replacement screens, and not for damages. Had store owner call me and say the same condescending thing, when it was a faulty product if not applied right for it to not last as long as it did for either amount of time. I said that they should at least fixed the phone and the owner said that they see no reason why they should bc it is not their problem anymore. Who says that right away without hearing everything right out the gate?!?

Well, first of all, I went in for a battery replacement on my iPhone XS. It got replaced and I was…read moreupsold on a screen protector. I got it, of course, to help support their business. I was told about a battery message warning me the phone wouldn't recognize the non-Apple battery and the message would go away... eventually. Well. I still can't check my battery health and the message is still on my phone. I've been trying to contact Will, I'm assuming the owner, and was told a short time after contacting him that we'd figure out what the problem was and get it taken care of. Every text I've sent has been ignored and my matter still hasn't been resolved. And the very reason I replaced the battery in the first place is still happening, only worse - an overheating phone. Be careful doing business with these guys. I got burned.
