Had to have screen protector replaced in a matter of months and then the next screen protector didn't last even quite as long. Which the glass from the protector coming off cut me and dropped phone, which shattered phone screen. Store employee only said that I'm insured only for so many (2-3) replacement screens, and not for damages. Had store owner call me and say the same condescending thing, when it was a faulty product if not applied right for it to not last as long as it did for either amount of time. I said that they should at least fixed the phone and the owner said that they see no reason why they should bc it is not their problem anymore. Who says that right away without hearing everything right out the gate?!?

I've been trying to contact Will, I'm assuming the owner, and was told a short time after contacting him that we'd figure out what the problem was and get it taken care of. Every text I've sent has been ignored and my matter still hasn't been resolved. And the very reason I replaced the battery in the first place is still happening, only worse - an overheating phone. Be careful doing business with these guys. I got burned.
