I'll never recommend this place to anyone. I had a phone screen replaced and within a few months, the screen started to rise. I thought maybe it was the battery bulging but was assured everything was fine in that regard. The gentleman applied some type of glue that was connect the screen back to the phone. That lasted for about a week or so until it started rising again and making pictures and videos appear blue. While applying the glue, he mentioned if it happened again, he would replace the screen again for me free of charge. Today I take the phone and it's a different story. Now I'm being told I'd have to pay $95 but "maybe a little less". Who in their right mind would pay someone twice to get something done right once ?? Nothing personal to the guy working there, but when you do a job, do it right the first time. No way in hell would I pay u AGAIN because of your mishaps. Definitely will be taking my phone and future business elsewhere !

These guys are the most professional iPhone 6 Screen Repair specialist in the U.S. . I've broke my iPhone 6 screen during Memorial Weekend in Las Vegas by the pool while drinking beer ;-), Once I came back i had to fix this screen right away. I have called 10 places in West Los Angeles and Sherman Oaks area but they were all charging price of their blood . Called Wireless2Wireless iPhone repair and spoke with RJ. He even came to work earlier than their business hours to fix my iPhone 6 right away as I had to start my work at 10AM. Make story short they are the best in the West. This is the best place you could ever go to get your shattered screen fixed. My iPhone 5 screen broke and I was freaking out but as soon as I called in they told me you can bring it right away. They got it fixed as if I got a new iPhone. I am very satisfied by their great service ,great price and great attitudes. Where do I even begin? First of all they have the best customer service!!! Second of all, they are extremely knowledgeable, and third they work at the speed of light! My galaxy s5 screen fell and cracked and I thought I had to replace it, but thank God for Mark who told me it can be fixed! They replaced my screen, and had my baby in brand new condition in just a few hours!!! And on top of all that, they had the least expensive prices on screen protectors I have ever found, so of course I had to stock up. Love this place, and I will definitely be back!! I bough my phone back twice and the speaker issue was fixed but now my mic doesn't work when on speaker phone. This phone repair shop is THE BEST in LA. I've searched around the westside for about a month since I cracked my iPhone 6 PLUS and every where else I went it was $170 PLUS. I was trying to hold off long enough until I found a better price rather than using my $175 deductible from my insurance. It took RJ (one of the techs) 20 minutes to repair my screen. The staff was friendly and great service from the whole shop. Since I cracked my screen "protector" they gave me a good deal on a new one!! If I ever drop my phone again I'm definitely coming here as you should too since you're reading this!!! Their prices literally can't be beat anywhere unless you do it yourself!! My wife broke her Samsung S5 screen and LCD in a fit of rage. Wireless2Wireless quoted us the best price and a 1 day turnaround. They even offered to lend us a phone while her S5 was being repaired. I picked up the phone exactly 24 hours after dropping it off, and other than the dent in the casing (which could not be replaced), the phone was as good as new. The crew here is very friendly and does good work. I would not hesitate to recommend them for repairs. My wife has learned to take out her anger on cheaper inanimate objects - lesson learned. read more

I have a 5 year old tazmanian devil son and as he was playing with my phone, he thought it would be funny to throw it and surely enough the screen cracked into a 1000 pieces. I was in the Santa Monica area and by luck I found this place as I was looking around on the streets. This place is on Santa Monica and Bundy. I walked in and RJ greeted me with the nicest smile and great customer service. I gave him my phone and he promised it would be ready within the hour. I left my phone with him and within 30 minutes he called me as he had promised and my phone was ready to be picked up. He had replaced the screen, cleaned it and polished it and it looked so brand new and shiny. The price was so reasonable too, I paid much less than I had expected to. I am so happy I found this place and I will always come back for all my cell phone needs. Highly recommended to all! read more

The current phone I purchased in Las Vegas right at the start of COVID after I lost my phone at a tradeshow. I was also roped into buying a tablet which I never use and my bill skyrocketed between making payments on the new phone as well as multiple lines, etc. It was a typical cell phone rip-off. I visited the T-Mobile on Wilshire Blvd off Third and was greeted to an empty store of sales associates looking to sell someone something. The girl who was "helping me" was intent in convincing to just purchase a new phone for another $50 per month for two years and she said I had no insurance which was strange as well. I decided to leave and see what can be done to fix what I have since two years old is not ancient and it was in disrepair physically because I neglected the device. The actual cost of a new phone with interest was like $1200 and I just don't trust these people who work in phone stores. They act like used car sales people and need to be avoided at all costs. I visited one repair shop which wanted to charge me over $400 which sounded insane so I decided to visit the DROP SMASH FIX location at 1708 Ocean Park Boulevard and I'm glad I did! I had gotten an estimate for the same work here which was roughly $270 and once a part arrived it could take two hours to repair. While the part took a couple of days, I couldn't be happier and satisfied in avoiding that hell known as T-MOBILE and the people at DROP SMASH FIX were competent, friendly and willing to help me without trying to rip me off! It was a seamless process and I'm actually shocked how well things went! My phone appears brand new with the glass replaced on both sides as well as the side button was fixed and replaced. The phone is working great and they even replaced the SIM card for me. I could not be happier and my monthly cell bill will remain the same as there was no need to purchase yet another phone. I have a SAMSUNG Note and I prefer this product to any APPLE I-phone. The phone number is 310-526-7704 and either in-person or one the phone the service is trusting and competent. Pascal, who is the owner was extremely kind, technically savvy and reasonably priced and told her they were fixable. She picked everything up today and every problem was solved perfectly!!! Well, this gem is a mile from my home and I couldn't be happier to know that "help" is sooo close. Parking lot holds many cars so double yay! My friend said it was a wonderful experience for her, especially with the removal of stress that had been hanging over her head... ( remember, 3 places could not fix her devices)... Mark (Owner & SmartPhone Expert) is absolutely fantastic! When my iPhone 4's charger port was permanently damaged due to charging it with a third-party accessories manufacturer called iPlanet (stay away from this cheap, drugstore brand!), he was able to fix overnight. He knew exactly what was wrong, informing me that this a just a few of the wires on the 30-pin circuit board assembly were pushed out of place and because it is directly linked to the iPhone's battery and separate from the logic board, it is very easy to replace with the right tools and safety precautions. I did take it to the Apple Store initially to talk to a "Genuis" associate who knew less about iPhone hardware than you may think! The only thing the guys at Apple really knew how to do was ask if I wanted to pay with cash or credit, as I was only a few months past when my AppleCare warranty ended, so they wanted $200 to repair a 4, which is absurd considering how old and dated they are these days. No way I did a search for the independently-owned smartphone repair shops here in Santa Monica and that's when I found Mark at Wireless2Wireless, who was more than knowledgeable, not to mention very professional with me! I am very grateful for stores like his, they are certainly one of a kind and great for these types of first world problems! ;) read more

These are the GO-TO phone guys in West LA! They have the ANSWERS and great customer service! They fixed my Apple iphone 5 while I waited in the store and charged very little. Great, friendly low-key attitude, like West LA used to be. I had gone to the Apple Store as well as the original service provider who sold me the phone, useless! I walked into Wireless 2 Wireless in my neighborhood and they had it done in no time and good as new. What a relief! I thought stores like this were a thing of the past. I went back because I needed an inexpensive phone for my daughter, talk and text only. These guys had the perfect low cost phone as well as an unlimited monthly plan that was the best price I found in Los Angeles. They also had many different phones to choose from in every price range and all the accessories too. Their internet deals are also very reasonable, but I am not ready to unleash my daughter on an unsuspecting world. Better for her to surf dogtown than the net for now! Perhaps when she is a little older I will go back to this store and get her a smart phone as they had several great offers. My phone fell out of my hand very abruptly and not only did the screen shatter, but the LCD broke as well, in which my screen was completely black and I could not see anything. I was referred to Wireless2Wireless by a friend, and after doing some price comparisons, they were by far the least expensive. Not only were the two gentlemen working there extremely friendly and welcoming, but they were also very knowledgeable about the issue and phone repairs in general. I thought this kind of repair would take at least a week, but to my surprise RJ had it fixed and in mint condition in approximately 30 minutes. RJ is Great !!! I had cracked my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 which is also my life aka my work phone. I called him and he told me to come over, I walked in upset but they took care of me and offered me a loaner for free so I can get through my work day ( I am in sales and a No phone means no Money for me). A little bit later I get a call and my phone was ready. I was so excited !!! it was brand new again. I chose them as they use only original parts (not like other guys) and for the price they charged me I could not ask for more. Hi - the reason I give 5 stars is because of the absolutely outstanding costumer service I got when I was in town last week of July 2014. These guys really care! I bought two iPhone 4, tested them in the shop and left the same evening. Unfortunately we found that the speaker on one of them had a low sound, but we already left town so we could not do anything about it. For sure, if we had been able to come back, this shop would do anything to fix it, this is their mentality, and I belive this was just bad luck. Out of all the years I've had IOS, I never broke the face. Today was a freak accident and the whole face shattered and I literally panicked. I had back to back meetings today and the phone is my work phone.
