Overpriced products that will either not work as advertised or will break. I bought a 100$ foam cannon and after 3 washes the foam cannon will not open up. What makes this an scam, there is no warranty to back up their foam cannons and then have the audacity to try to sell me another one for 15% off. Why in the world buy another foam cannon there when there is no warranty and the customer service sucked. Trying to support the local guy and avoid Amazon to have choices locally but no, the local guy is too good and then wonder why Amazon takes away their businesses. I thought this place was suppose to be a supply store for detailers to get products from but everything was high priced and the largest bottle of compound was only 16oz. Normally at detail supply places you can get gallon size bottles of products so it lasts you a little bit. I felt like the manager was trying to up sell me on things and told me I shouldn't use other products with the chemical guys products because it would leave the paint blotchy? Uhh ok. I've been detailing for 15+ years and never had a issue with using one brand product for cutting and another brand product for polishing. I usually spend between $50-60 for a gallon (128oz) of compound, the chemical guys compound is $18 for 16oz so I would need to buy 8 bottles to equal the same amount and it would be 3 times the price. I wish I would have done the math before I just spent $100! Lesson learned. read more

Wasted my money...Oh but then I also went back in with the product, used it twice, asked if i could possibly return it or exchange it for something else and pay the difference and they said no. They said "If its already used we can't return it. And if you didn't bring it back within the 30 day period we can't return it at all." So what if i use it within those 30 days? Am i not able to return the product because it's used? And then i asked if they could look up on their computer to see when i purchased the item to double check the date as to when i bought it and they said "Sorry I can't." I love to go on trips and love it when I can find a detail garage nearby to drop by check out the products, buy some essentials but this detail garage was quite the disappointment. I wasn't please at all, I walked in seeing the shelves half empty, I kept asking if they had things in the 64oz containers such as all purpose cleaner, iron decon, diable wheel gel, etc. etc. they only had the 16 oz bottles in stock for pretty much everything that is essential. I've never walked into a detail garage with such lack of product, the Gardena, la habra have so many of every thing I never worry about going empty handed. Not to mention when I did purchase they kept spelling my email and name wrong when I was trying to link the purchase to my points saying I don't have an account when I clearly do because at all other locations I never have any issues. read more
