Stephanie did a great job explaining everything in detail, from the different products to the proper use of polishing machines and the different types of pads. She made everything easy to understand and took the time to explain not only what to use, but why and how to use it correctly. I actually came in about three weeks before the class because I wanted to start working on my son's BMW. Stephanie helped me choose the right products and made sure I had everything I needed to get started. After taking her class, I feel much more confident using the equipment and doing paint correction myself. My goal is to get my son's BMW looking even better than its original shine, and Stephanie gave me the knowledge and confidence to do it. What made the class even better was being able to take it with my son. We learned a lot, had a great time together, and made some great memories working on something we both enjoy. I used to shop here often, but I'm done. I bought a wash solution that leaked due to a bad seal, and they refused a return, claiming it was "used." It wasn't--product just leaked out of their defective bottle. If you want Chemical Guys products, buy from Amazon. At least there you can return defective items. If you believe in the product you're selling, standing behind it with a return or exchange shouldn't be a problem. Instead, the unwillingness to do so lost you not just one customer, but two. Overpriced products that will either not work as advertised or will break. I bought a 100$ foam cannon and after 3 washes the foam cannon will not open up. What makes this an scam, there is no warranty to back up their foam cannons and then have the audacity to try to sell me another one for 15% off. Why in the world buy another foam cannon there when there is no warranty and the customer service sucked. Trying to support the local guy and avoid Amazon to have choices locally but no, the local guy is too good and then wonder why Amazon takes away their businesses. I thought this place was suppose to be a supply store for detailers to get products from but everything was high priced and the largest bottle of compound was only 16oz. Normally at detail supply places you can get gallon size bottles of products so it lasts you a little bit. I felt like the manager was trying to up sell me on things and told me I shouldn't use other products with the chemical guys products because it would leave the paint blotchy? Uhh ok. I've been detailing for 15+ years and never had a issue with using one brand product for cutting and another brand product for polishing. I usually spend between $50-60 for a gallon (128oz) of compound, the chemical guys compound is $18 for 16oz so I would need to buy 8 bottles to equal the same amount and it would be 3 times the price. I wish I would have done the math before I just spent $100! Lesson learned. read more

I forget his name. But he is the manager. I told him I would come back for my stuff just to avoid going to his level.
