I get a craving for pimento cheese every so often and so far haven't been able to find an organic product and/or something that's not made with gross ingredients like seed oils. I bit the bullet and bought Dromedary conventional pimentos but decided to see if I could find an organic product anywhere. That's where Moody Dunbar comes in. They make an organic version and I ordered a case. About 8 days had gone by (OMG, a whole 8 days!) and I contacted the company for a status. I got an email right away apologizing for the delay and that they had shipped it. I wasn't expecting it for a couple more days because of the transit time from TN to CA, but lo and behold I'm getting it today. Great customer service provided by lovely people!! What's not to like? (Denise, you know who you are.) If you like pimentos and want an organic version that you can't find in your local store, put in a request and support them. I'm going to do it for sure.
