I'm not one to talk negatively about anyone but serious work needs to be done here when it comes to the care of her animals. She's what we call a "flipper" in the reptile hobby. Someone who trades out animals and buys from just about anywhere to make a profit. Not a safe place to buy a pet from. It's run out of the basement of her home and the animals are kept in deplorable conditions. Bearded dragons in bird/rodent cages, animals with no uvb or basking bulbs. Please save your money and buy from a legitimate store or breeder!

The vet never introduced himself to me and walked away from me twice while I was trying to explain what was going on. I called before I went there to make sure they could see me and then they acted as if it was not convenient for me to be there. We have several other farm animals that we would've considered taking to them prior to this experience but definitely will not now, especially after how they treated me and paid little attention to the situation I was going through. Never again! I wouldn't want someone of such little concern to care for my animals.

Dr. Morin's knowledge of the needs of our pet has been invaluable. He helped us through the learning curve of caring for a new pet because although I have lived in the "country" my entire life, we never had a pig who lived in the house. When Spiddy got sick in the middle of the night, Dr Morin meet me at the office and was wonderful with Spiddy and helped me to understand what was wrong and how to avoid the problem in the future. I can't say enough good things about this office.

The vet techs are so sweet and make sure our dogs are well cared for. They call to follow up and check on the pups after a procedure. Very thoughtful. Dr. Camp is beyond wonderful. She isn't annoyed by questions and explains procedures so they are easy to understand. Our dog has Addison's Disease and Dr. Camp makes sure it stays properly managed. The owners here are absolutely down to earth very friendly people. We booked for a whole hour and it was endless fun. We got to all the cats, spoil them with treats. We even got to hold a few cats and we even met some of the feistier ones that normally the staff associate with only . They got a great variety of merchandise too. Prices here are pretty reasonable for what they are worth and most these cats are up for adoption at the same time. Very clever process for how they run business! They had a calming atmosphere when you walk in featuring music that helps keep the cats happy which then helps the experiences of the guests. The doctors & staff are are knowledgeable, professional & kind. Right now Dr. Baird is helping me through the care of an elderly dog with lymphoma. He went the extra mile in getting a definitive diagnosis & laying out my options for care. And I know he & his staff will be there at the end to care & support. Some things are worth a little extra expense.
