Girlfriend and I needed to find a new vehicle due to our previous one hitting the dust. We went to Wiser Motors in Bellingham to check out a 2005 Mitsubishi Galant. We spoke to a much younger guy named Eli, he was knowledgeable and could answer my questions. He was a great guy and helped us by going to the bank and helping us doing the small loan. He did forget to tell us that he needed signatures on papers from us also forgetting to sign documents himself after my girlfriend and I had left which made me late to work. Small mistakes that was understandable since Eli was still very new to the car selling business and learning. Car works fine so far and glad we purchased it. Business is fairly firm on prices and comes with no warranty but Wiser Motors will most likely fix and or solve any issues that was on their fault within the first week. My salesperson was Tim, though everyone in the office was great! They answer their phone number after hours and text you all the information you need. We bought a wonderful Gen3 2000 Toyota 4Runner! We bought it sight-unseen, being AZ residents and had it shipped to us. Tim closed the deal in 20 minutes on the phone, offering me a good price on a 1-owner low-mileage CA titled vehicle. He texted me copy of the PO, title and photos of matching VIN # in 2 places, etc. I needed to feel safe in wiring money. I then did a WA State license check and found their auto-reseller business license to be in good order with the state. They sent title and paperwork 2-day FedEx. I went to the AZ MVD and it turned out, I was missing a final title reassignment. It was difficult due to a CA title to CA business to WA business to AZ resident! With a few simple texts, they sent me the reassignment form AZ MVD asked for, again by 2-day FedEx. They charged a minimal doc fee considering. Tim also suggest a shipping broker that got me connected to a carrier in 2 days, at a price hundreds less than the uShip quote. We received the 4Runner one week after purchase and titled it the next day! I've read some negative reviews here and I cannot believe them; maybe posted by local competitors. You know how many dealers shine up the tires and then claim good tread? Sometimes they fail to mention how old they are when selling an old car. We got a wonderful surprise with this one. The dealer only mentioned Michelin tires and yes, they were shined up in the pictures. A day after we got the truck, I climbed under the front tire to check the date codes, which translated to May 2018. So, as a bonus we received our 4Runner with $1000 worth of brand new Michelins on board. You can trust these guys, buy sight-unseen and get what you pay for! I saw a Craigslist ad for my dream Subaru from Wiser Motors and decided to go and take a look. The car was exactly what the ad had described. I talked with a young man named Dan and he was helpful, friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. New to car buying I tried to negotiate pricing as I had a trade-in. Although they were firm in their pricing I found that I got an awesome car for a good price. He even threw in a Subaru roof box for free! Have tried now for 3 days to get a hold of the dealer and they will not answer their phones or return my calls. Pretty stupid way to operate a dealership in my opinion. Like others have said these guys are unscrupulous liars. They absolutely cannot and should not be trusted. I've never had a worse experience than my very short time looking at cars there. They tried to tell me they'd just put brand new tires on one of the cars and that was why they were charging an extra $1,000 when it was clearly obvious the tires were well worn. I am very disappointed in this car lot we purchased a 2010 dodge challenger beautiful car but unfortunately 2 MONTHS LATER THE ENGINE BLEW UP! WE tried to contact them to see if there was anything they can do to help and they refuse to help us since the cost to fix it runs from $4,000 to $8,000 not to mention we purchased the car for $16,000. It's obvious they sold us a bad car that's why they didn't want to sell a warranty insurance when we asked about it. Still waiting for a call back from the manager of this operation on a Subaru Outback. We test drove this car, then drove up to make an offer, it was closed despite what we were told and what the hours on the door said. Came back not much time after and the young and helpful assistant was there but we were told the dealership's manager wouldn't be coming back that day. Disappointed, we asked the young assistant to have the manager call us. We wanted to speak to the guy we were going to buy the car from. They wouldn't provide us with a Carfax even though they advertised "Clean Carfax." They would only show us an abbreviated version. We were told we could buy the Carfax. Are you kidding me?!? Every other dealership just printed it up and gave it to us. Thanks for wasting our time. We tried to give this place a shot but it appears to be a shady, fly by night joint. read more

Very dishonest! We set an appointment to see a Subaru Outback. We test drove the car. Decided it was a good buy. Made an offer and signed the papers to purchase the car at an agreed price. There were 3 small things we asked to have fixed and he agreed to fix before we picked up the car. He told us they would have the things fixed in a day or two. We offered to put a deposit on the car and he told us to wait until everything was fixed. We called to check on the progress day one and got evasive response. 2nd day we called and he told us he sold the car to someone else. read more
