We bought a wonderful Gen3 2000 Toyota 4Runner! We bought it sight-unseen, being AZ residents and had it shipped to us. Tim closed the deal in 20 minutes on the phone, offering me a good price on a 1-owner low-mileage CA titled vehicle. He texted me copy of the PO, title and photos of matching VIN # in 2 places, etc. I needed to feel safe in wiring money. I then did a WA State license check and found their auto-reseller business license to be in good order with the state. They sent title and paperwork 2-day FedEx. I went to the AZ MVD and it turned out, I was missing a final title reassignment. It was difficult due to a CA title to CA business to WA business to AZ resident! With a few simple texts, they sent me the reassignment form AZ MVD asked for, again by 2-day FedEx. They charged a minimal doc fee considering. Tim also suggest a shipping broker that got me connected to a carrier in 2 days, at a price hundreds less than the uShip quote. We received the 4Runner one week after purchase and titled it the next day! I've read some negative reviews here and I cannot believe them; maybe posted by local competitors. You know how many dealers shine up the tires and then claim good tread? Sometimes they fail to mention how old they are when selling an old car. We got a wonderful surprise with this one. The dealer only mentioned Michelin tires and yes, they were shined up in the pictures. A day after we got the truck, I climbed under the front tire to check the date codes, which translated to May 2018. So, as a bonus we received our 4Runner with $1000 worth of brand new Michelins on board. You can trust these guys, buy sight-unseen and get what you pay for! Thank you Tim and the Wiser Motors team!

The guys behind the desk were helpful and gave me a full refund. Unfortunately a refund doesn't provide an answer or a solution as to how half of the hood of my car was covered in motor oil. Initially I thought that they just hit a little careless while washing the windows when I thought what I saw was window cleaner on the hood. Turns out they'd gotten oil on the hood and driver's side window. On the driver's side window it looked like someone had lazily tried to wipe the oil off, but instead ended up just smearing it around on the window. That mix of oil and water has gone down into the window seal and now when I roll my window up and down that oil and cleaner mix just smears all over the window. Lastly, every single button or switch in my car was adjusted and not put back. Sure, I get it you might need to reset a thing or two during the service, but those things should be set back to how they were found, and not left up to the customer to restore. Happy for the refund, but disappointed that we won't be bringing our vehicles there anymore, and suggest that our friends and family do not either..

Previously I've done my own oil changes, but I simply didn't want to do it this time. I searched around and the nearest location I could find that could fit me in was 20+ miles away and it wasn't clear that it would be done until later tonight. Then, I realized I should check with Lynden Lube. A quick call showed that I could drive up and they'd fit me in. I drove the 10 minutes to the location and entered a very nice welcome area. I was greeted and when I explained what I needed they took down my information and took my key. I sat down, booted up my computer, figuring I could get some internet work done. It seemed that I'd barely logged into their guest wifi (nice touch) and opened my browser, when they called my name. I went up to the counter and the service was completed! Synthetic blend oil change, new filter, checked and topped off all my fluids (ie, washer fluid, brake fluid, etc...not gas :-) They even vacuumed the inside of my car! :-) The total price was equal to the larger chain places, but done in a fraction of the time! I was in and out in under 30 minutes and my CRV was happy once again! I highly recommend Rob and Lynden Lube & Auto!
