On a couple of occasions now I've talked with two of the techs in the back, an older guy and a young guy. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about a wide variety of equipment. I brought my manual start Toro Powerlite snowblower in for starting problems I could not resolve, plus the scraper bar was shot. They said my engine was pretty much worn out, so they put a good used engine on it from a machine that another customer had just left there. And this engine had an electric starter! So now I have a machine I can start manually or electrically. But wait, there's more. They thought the rubber paddles on mine were a bit worn out, so they put on a better used pair they had laying around FOR FREE! They also thoroughly cleaned the carb (by ultrasonic method) from the new (used) engine they put in, plus cleaned the fuel tank to ensure no starting problems. All told, they put a lot of work into my machine, including the engine with electric start, for under $200, which I thought was pretty good. It starts and runs like a champ now, just in time for today's snowstorm. Previously I'd only bought parts here a couple of times. And now I know their service/repairs are top notch too!

Even though I left a message on a…read moreweekend, right before closing (I didn't notice that!) and right before a holiday, I received a call back really quickly and was able to set up a delivery of my order for the following week. The day of delivery I was called as my soil was being loaded up and made a payment by phone and received an email receipt immediately. The driver arrived exactly on time and was able to accommodate me by driving over my lawn- which I asked if they could do ahead of time- to drop the soil on a tarp I had laid out. This guy was a definite pro as all the dirt stayed on the tarp! He raked every speck of dirt out of the truck to ensure that I got what I paid for. I'm really pleased with the quality of the mix and the customer service. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional and were happy to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of compost, dirt,mulch etc. check the website for all products and services offered!

A little pricey, and I know I would kill this beauty. It was nice to just wander about without anyone trying to be overly helpful. Took my time and found some new plants for my apartment. Which will not die on me!! The staff, at checkout, were very friendly and efficient. I will definitely go back. Great succulent selection which I have a soft spot for.

He has no customer finesse and acts like he hates his customers. Shortened Memorial Day hours- he is blatantly RUDE to his customers. Ruined all the years of Diane's work. Not to mention all of his (John's) hard work in putting the greenhouses and plants together. He ruined it with his actions to long time customers.
