Maybe it's because of my age (older) I find it's best to look for the oldest worker. They often know more about what I need to ask about and they can't move fast enough to elude me.

The associates overall are nice and efficient, even when they're extremely busy on the weekends during spring and summer. The plants in nursery pots and ones already arranged are reasonably priced. I don't often purchase them, but all the home goods in the back are pretty expensive. They sometimes do go on sale which is great because a lot of it is very cute and make great gifts. If you're looking for some more unique pots, they also have tons in various sizes!

DO NOT RECOMMEND this hardware store…read more Refused to provide my return of an item (which was $7) because I mistakenly walked into the store with my previously purchased item and walked pasted their waist level sign saying "no returns beyond this point". This was my 2nd time in the store and it will be my final. I have never had someone accuse me of stealing, especially with no reason to do so. It was an honest mistake. End all be all, Greg (the floor manager) clearly hates women, not to mention I'm 8 months pregnant - he confiscated my item (because he couldn't confirm that I didn't take it off the shelf - even though I didn't go near that isle) and refused to refund my $7. He claims because it was in a bag he could not confirm that I didn't take the item that day and "his count was off". Pretty much I walked in and was robbed myself. No store should assume that their customers are stealing to this degree and no one should be treated in the way I was. ACE learn to have some faith and give grace to people...

When the driver arrived the truck was huge. He backed into the driveway and dumped the dirt right next to our side door and left us no way to get out. He also stated that it was going to rain so we had 5 minutes to take delivery. We spent the next 2 hours shoveling dirt to make a pathway in the rain. When it came time to use the dirt we noticed it is of poor quality, full of plastic, rocks, nails, and other assorted debris. With the amount per yard and delivery fee we paid I would have expected a better quality product. I should have shopped around more.

Today we had 3 loads delivered to our house, sand, rock and dirt and Tony our driver did an amazing job. He skillfully drove the truck to our back yard avoiding our garden and trees and was able to put all 3 loads exactly where we needed them unlike those competitors. And he didn't get the truck stuck in our yard like a certain other one. The prices were better than competitors too and I was able to get all 3 loads on short notice! Love this service and will absolutely be using them for all of my landscaping needs.

Bought several items that I was going to plants after getting home. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Only a few people there on a Friday morning, so checking out was a breeze. When it was time to check out she put plants in boxes that make it easier to carry and was conversational during the checkout process. Owner asked if we would bring the plastic plant holders back if we were nearby. She said they are not recyclable and they would reuse them.
