We booked Kelsey for our florist for our wedding this August and was super impressed! She was on our venues preferred vendor list and to be honest was the BEST priced!! We live about 2 hours from Santa Cruz and since we weren't able to meet her in person, we had a few detail phone calls and I was impressed and comfortable after the first phone call. After our initial phone detail meeting, she sent me a quote but also an inspirational board with pictures and a color scheme for the wedding, I was super impressed!!! We ordered cake flowers, personal flowers and a welcome arrangement for our wedding from With Flourish. Kelsey understood what I was going for with my flowers (just picked, natural, shades of pink) despite my somewhat incoherent descriptions. I was very happy with the flowers. The bouquets were especially beautiful, and most of the blooms lasted a week after the event so I was able to enjoy them for a while. Very unreliable! Doesn't respond to most emails. Worst part? She never showed up to the wedding! She sent an "assistant" who did a terrible job. The little arrangements were skimpy. The boutineers and coursages and bouquets were NOTHING like what we wanted, looked NOTHING like the photo examples she had shown us... they looked CHEAP, instead of silk greenery which we had wanted she used PLASTIC! And to top it all off?? The huge "woodsy" silk arrangement that was to be a table runner for the sweetheart table was not there! Their table looked so bare! The assistant had NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT, and couldn't reach Kelsey by phone, AND THEN HE LEFT! HE LEFT WITHOUT A WORD, JUST DISAPPEARED. Kelsey was not there as promised. She did not bother to come! There was no one to pin on the corsages, the venue owner had to do it. She was not there to set up the table centerpieces as promised. The owner finally got ahold of her and got the assistant to go find the table runner for the sweetheart table and drop it off last minute. But it along with the rest of the florals including bouquets was NOTHING like she had promised, and what my daughter wanted. What a stressful way to start a wedding day :(. But, the wedding was magical, mystical, absolute amazing (no thanks to With Flourish). The venue, Nestldown, is THE most amazing venue on the planet. I highly recommend finding another florist, one who is reliable. One who will make your vision a reality. One who will show up to your event! read more

We worked with Kelsey for our Nestldown wedding in April of this year and could not be more happy with the beautiful flowers she provided us! Kelsey was very responsive during the planning process and and worked hard to make sure she understood what we were looking for. During our initial phone call, she had great advice on the different arrangements that would work at our venue and offered a few options within our budget for centerpieces. She created a style guide for us based on what we told her we wanted and it was a great way for me to see an idea of what the flowers would like on the day. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, I had a few last minute changes and Kelsey was super flexible and accommodating. We had a final phone conversation about a week out from the wedding to solidify all of the details which was great since there are sometimes many last minute changes! On the day of Kelsey graciously came to Nestldown early to drop off flowers for our hair as we were getting ready and then returned later in the day to drop off the rest of the flowers. She is very friendly and kind, and asked a lot of questions not just about what I wanted for flowers, but how my husband and I met, what we like to do, etc. She wanted to know more about us so that she could make sure the flowers were perfect. She worked with our budget to get us the colors and flowers we wanted, and stayed in our budget! I was also impressed that she visited our venue (my parents' backyard) before the wedding to get an idea for the natural landscaping and incorporate those colors and textures into her arrangements!
