Back at the store we asked to see the Carfax report to see what it said about the A/C. The report clearly shows their service department worked on the A/C two months prior. I texted both salesperson and finance and they promised to check, but didn't. Finally 9 days after the sale i got ahold of the title person. She had no knowledge of the transaction. The employee we dealt with on this day kept pushing for is there anyway you can come up with $500.00 to $800.00. After telling him from the get go about not wanting to have to put cash down. So yet again another dealership who doesn't listen to the customer. Need to be a little more friendly to people who you want to do business at your establishment.
