I regret to say that my experience with Witherwright Law Group has been utterly disappointing and frustrating. From the onset, I had hoped for a reliable and communicative legal representation, unfortunately, the reality fell far short of my expectations. DO NOT FALL FOR THE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT YOU HEAR ON THE RADIO. It is far from the reality to say the least. The most glaring issue I encountered with Witherwright Law Group was their abysmal communication--or lack thereof. My accident occurred May 2023 and throughout the entirety of my case, I was left in the dark, clueless about the progress or even the existence of any developments. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone calls, I was met with nothing but silence. It was as if my case had vanished into thin air. Adding insult to injury, the promised updates on my case were non-existent. Despite assurances that I would be kept informed every step of the way, I received no such updates. As weeks turned into months, my frustration only grew. 2 checks were mailed to them from the insurance company, and I was informed the checks issued from the insurance company would be sent to me as it had no dealings with the settlement of the case. I have not received an update or a penny from either to date. Moreover, the lack of transparency regarding the status of my case left me feeling utterly powerless. Without any information to guide me, I was left to speculate about the fate of my claim, uncertain whether any progress was being made or if my concerns were simply being brushed aside. My experience with Witherwright Law Group has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their failure to communicate effectively and provide updates on my case has not only eroded my trust in their services but has also left me feeling abandoned and disregarded. I strongly advise anyone seeking legal representation to steer clear of Witherwright Law Group unless they enjoy frustration and disappointment as part of their legal journey. read more

I'll just say, I never got paid for my totalled car, I am now responsible for over 3k in medical expenses. I was told I needed to pay, (with my settlement) $639.00. I have a collection agency blowing me up, threatening to put $3300.00 on my credit. This place is a whole scam. They prey on the black community and then offer the minimum because you're ignorant. Ever notice you don't hear the other stations jocks letting them lie to their listeners. Eberstein & Witherite, a hoax and so is K104. K104 gets over a quarter of a million A DAY in commercial sales to deceive you. They're on there lying about this firm. Get a real attorney who has time to look at your case and that cares about you. These people have thousands over cases and yours is just a number!! They, chiropractor they use is a fraud. I still have shocking pains in my neck and shoulder all the way to my chin. I went there multiple times and all they did was have me sit on the floor and do stretches and used a shock machine, I believe damaged my nerves. Me and my child could have lost more than our car. Now I am faced with medical bills from an accident in 2016 THAT THIS FIRM SHOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF. They failed and my son - - DONT LET THEM FAIL YOU. I used to hear the ads for this place all the time on the radio. And after using their services its sad to say I won't be using them again. I agree with the other person that this place and Brian are about making money off your case. At the end, no one cared that I got wayyy LESS money than the firm did. When my sister and I asked the staff what was going on, they said I signed the contract and the woman said if if I didn't sign, I wouldn't get anything. I asked to speak to Brian but he wasn't around, and it seemed like no one listened or care. I had to sign the papers at the end, left angry and told my sister and friends its better to just not use them for ANYTHING else in the future. No one at the office is truthful, its all false hope. This place is a joke. If you come here make sure that you stay on top of your case and check how your case is going and etc. with your insurance company. These people have too many files and simply can't look out for you. I felt like I was ignored most of the time which def was a let down. I'm not too sure about the doctors not being as good as others say, but I would say that the clinics have just as many people to help. It is an assembly line and you can either accept it or not. I HAVE learned and won't be doing with Eberstein and Witherite and my family knows about all the aggravation. I did wish I could of seen my own doctors and j bet others feel the same.
