I had come here two weeks ago to get one service a tire changed, since I wanted to be nice I even bought two that day, believing that I was getting good products. I didn't know they'd only last a few days. Two days went by before the same tire I had gone in for was flat again this time there was air coming out from the inside of the tire I could hear it.. I went back and Gina who had previously helped me wasn't there so this older gentleman helped me saying it might have just had low air. Keep in mind since the first visit my low tire light had never come off. Once they had filled it up I drove to work and when I was off work I again realized it was low again. This was over the weekend, I had to work a three day festival so I left my car parked thinking I'd visit them again when I got back. When I was able to go again it was Monday (same day I had visited the first time so a week later). I went around 12 pm The same older guy had them actually take the tire off this time just for the worker to say "it had a nail hole but no nail" I know for a fact that the tire they gave me was faulty bc there's no way it would only last a few days. The same same day I went back because there's tire was flat again this time around maybe 3 or 4 pm. Gina was now back so I politely asked her what could be wrong and she stated "I will get it patched up but you will have 24hrs to bring it back so I can switch it out". In my gut I knew this would happen again, next day I had to pick up my grandma from the hospital and take her to lynwood. When I got back into my car after dropping off my grandma I realized once again the tire was low. It's been past the 24 hours so I don't even want to waste my time again. Please save your time and money. They obviously have low quality products for a high cost, faulty products. Is it the greed for money? over the security of a costumer? I guess I should have listened to all the other bad reviews. Now I'm stuck having to buy another tire, that's three in two weeks. I knew when she said I had 24 hours it would happen again, sad about the whole thing. Be careful girls out there. read more

SERIOUSLY CANT THANK THIS PLACE ENOUGH. I had a flat on the freeway and was super stressed because it was late in the day and we had to start a roadtrip early the next morning (everywhere is closed on Sunday). Janet at the front desk was amazing. She took the time to listen and and arranged for me to come in right away to get a new tire. She was so kind and reassuring and even gave me advice on what I should do once I get back to make sure the same thing dioesnt happen again. The technician was also great. super friendly, hardworking, and really quick. These people are scammers. I only needed my brake pads replaced on my perfectly fine car, but they lied and tried to overcharge me, saying I had to replace the entire wheel. They didn't return my car to its original condition and even threatened me. When I said I would call the police and started recording a video, only then did they put the wheel back on and hand the car over -- and they had the nerve to tell me to "get lost" and say unreasonable things. If you drive an older Benz: the female owner and the male mechanic there are scammers. They prey on vulnerable customers and bully people -- they're bad people. Do not go there. Son estafadores. You should avoid this place at all costs. These people are not honest because they don't actually know what it means. They think honesty means showing you your old parts and they can justify all mistakes they did to cause bigger issues. I also saw someone else having similar problems and terrible treatment who wrote a review here. So some of their positive reviews are possibly not real as well. What happened to me is real! 0 STARS IF I COUULD.I came here at 2 p.m. for a simple tire change on my BMW. My rim was fine and holding air when I arrived. As soon as they mounted the new tire, suddenly there's a crack and the wheel is leaking. This damage was not there before but instead of owning up, they tried blaming me, saying I must have "hit a pothole." To make things worse, the woman at the counter spoke to me with zero respect. She tried to charge me $180 to "fix" it, told me I'd have to leave my car until Monday, and when I refused, she basically tossed my half-new tire at the short guy with no disregard for its integrity and rushed me out. The older guy was cool at first, but once the crack appeared, he went silent. The short tech who mounted the tire also said nothing. It was clear they knew what happened. Now I'm stuck with over $800 in damage because they won't take accountability. A specialist machine shop confirmed the crack was caused by a tire machine, not road damage. If you value your car, your money, and your time, do not trust this shop. They damaged my rim, blamed me, and treated me like a fool. I will be filing complaints with the BBB and pursuing legal action. read more

If I could give a 0 I wold. I brought my car in because my steering was squeaking. upon looking at my car he lady advised that I let her change the power steering, water pump and oil line. I DID. This was one of the BIGGEST MISTAKES COULD HAVE MADE. The day I picked it up I noticed it was leaking oil. I immediately called and they said bring it back I DID. I was told nothing was wrong with my car and that it was fixed however after driving home and parking I noticed a oil pool underneath my car. I called back and was told "Don't worry we got you" I took it back and was able old the oil pan was full AND THAT AS THE ISSUE they said they fixed it. The very next day, while dropping my kids off at school, my car started FILLING UP WITH THICK WHITE SMOKE AS IF IT WAS ABOUT TO CATCH ON FIRE. I Immediately pulled over and parked. I called them back and they told me to DRIVE IT TO THEM I said NO for safety reasons and had it towed. The oil pump line had melted and oil got all over the engine and transmission. They fucked my car up and then tried to say they didn't do any work on it and that it's my fault. I've had my car over 8 years and usually I take it to the mechanic I purchased the car from. Took my truck in to this place and told them and they double check that was the problem and even looked at the other belts and the alternator to make sure everything else was all good. The kind folks at Witmer Auto Service helped me out a few weeks ago when some a-hole slashed my tires while I was parked in downtown LA. Angry and frustrated, I called a tow truck and looked around for a nearby tire shop. Although it was almost closing time, the shop manager said to bring my car in anyway and they would stay open late if necessary. Literally a half hour later, they had installed two new tires, at a very reasonable price, and I was back on the road again. I waited a few weeks to write this review because I wanted to be sure the tires were OK. Indeed, they've held up well. I've driven to Las Vegas, Temecula and San Diego with no issues whatsoever. I would give this place zero stars if I could. The worst customer service ever. Took my car in to get coolant level check cause it was overheating. They said they needed to replace the coolant reservoir. I authorized them to do what ever to have my car fixed and running back to normal. I pick up the car. The car wouldn't even start. Now they say I need a new water pump. Fine authorized them work on that and get a new water pump. Pick up my car still shaky when starting and not running. I leave the car there again for the 3rd time going in. Now I'm just traumatized and have little hope my car will ever run decent. I come back for the 4th Time. Car starts and drive a little better then next day as I'm driving to work on the highway my car just shuts down. I end up having tow it to the nearest Audi car repair shop. The new shop told me my car has a bunch of parts that were missing and not put back when they worked on my car. I am usually never someone to complain but after spending so much money and time with this shop I'm pretty upset they wouldn't refund me anything back at all. Not even a dollar ! If I owned a car repair shop and someone asks you to fix something. I would never half ass and Job and have them drive off with it especially if offered to pay whatever just to have my car running normal ! Thousands of dollars later I highly do not recommend this "cash only " car repair shop. read more

Horrible service. I tried to going in there to get my car fixed because it's been giving me a problem for a while. I go and get my car fixed after one of the guys gave me a diagnosis. I then hand in my car to fix whatever is wrong with the car. I first gets hard I'm going to get charge 300 something so I'm like cool. Then one of the other ladies that work there tell me they're going to charge me more just because they were more parts that they put in it when, they should've just charged me once. I go in on two different occasions because the first time they half assed their job and hadn't put in the part correctly. After spending almost $1000 just to get a " fixed" I take it for a test drive only to find out that the problem I was mentioning to them was still there. Don't take your car here I got tired of going back-and-forth with them about the issue. Take your car elsewhere. read more
