Horrible customer service! I purchased thousands of dollars worth in a new bathroom remodel supplies from them. Then purchased an extra sink faucet but mistakenly ordered a single hole rather than 3 hole one. The very next day after I ordered, I called to exchange (not return) for a 3 hole faucet which was even more expensive and they charged me $140 stocking fee! I literally spent thousands and called the next day to purchase something even more expensive, and you still charge me a fee?!? Do NOT go here. They will rip you off at every corner. Wow, you people don't seem to really care about helping your customers. So many reported how unhappy like as I did. I struggled to get any help from the main gal who's been there a long time, not sure why? Family? She was the most unenthusiastic, dull, "I could care less" sales person. Very poor customer service. We visited the showroom -- recommended by our designer. We placed an order 2 1/2 weeks in advance of our counterop installation. The salesperson took the order and said she would pass the information on to our designer to finalize it. She and the designer never connected. No communication with us, no communication with the designer. Nothing. When we called to check the status of our order -- three days before the counter installation -- the salesperson said she never heard back from our designer. Although the salesperson had our contact information, date of our install and contact information for the designer, she didn't bother to follow up with us. Fortunately we were able to source the same faucet online and have it rushed in time for delivery of our countertops. Only use Wittock to see the materials in person, and then order online. Totally felt like this company does not care about my business, want my business or value my time. They are drips. read more

Terrible customer service. Took a drawing of our counter tops in wanting to get an estimate for quartz and a sink and faucet. This was a Friday and we were told we'd have it by Tuesday. On the following Friday we called and was told they were very busy but we'd have it by the following Monday. This went on several more times and it's been a month and still no response. We've found another supplier, got a quote in one day, signed the agreement and they've started the work. If they weren't interested in the job why wouldn't they just day so? Would have saved us a month while we waited for them. I thought about buying the sink and faucet from them since they had what we wanted but decided to special order it rather than give them my business. read more

Very bad experience with this supply store. Had an emergency with a broken kitchen faucet. Went in two hours before the store closed and was told no one would be able to help me that day. Disappointing that store clerk had no compassion for us and could not attempt to find a solution to assist us in finding a replacement faucet. She simply said sorry you will have to wait until we reopen in two days. I would not recommend this business and will never use them myself. read more

Terrible customer service. My order for two faucets that was suppose to take 2 weeks took five. On the fifth week when I called they told me Chris, my sales person, was busy and he would return my call. He never did. I happened to have a plumber at the house and he could have installed the faucets. I called later in the afternoon, salesperson still busy so someone looked it up (only because I asked) and told me the faucet was in. The next day I went to pick it up and told him its been 5 weeks and you never called me and he said I was busy with customers all day. What am I? He also said I don't even know if the order is here. This is the man who told me he would keep an eye out for it because my faucet was not working and I had no hot water. Never apologized and acted put out that I was unhappy. read more

We had a great experience with them. Jourdan helped us through the difficult task of picking out fixtures for a powder room. We had a vague idea going in what we were looking for, but his knowledge of products and options we hadn't considered was very helpful. Nice showroom with high end fixtures on display. I couldn't give negative stars so I guess 1 it is. I went to the very disappointing and rude Shelby Township location. The website says they are open until 3pm on Saturdays so I drove down from Imlay City (35 minutes). I walked in to speak to the parts and installation guys for some help with my shower faucet and started to go towards the back of the store when I hear a female voice rudely ask me where I'm going. I tell her and while laughing says they aren't there and that they leave at noon. I respond that the website says nothing about that and she proceeds to laugh again and say "yeah, I get told that all the time". Whoa! What?? The customer next to me looked at her like she was an alien and about two minutes after I walked out her and her husband did too. My next thought after deciding to write this review was ... why in the world wouldn't you tell your boss that this keeps happening instead of just laughing at all of the potential customers that walked in, got laughed at, walked out and now won't come back??? Don't go here unless you want to not get any answers while rudely getting laughed at. read more

We completed a major addition to our home this past Sep-2016 including plumbing fixtures for 2-1/2 bathrooms, all which were supplied by Wittock. My wife Diane and I worked with Jourdan over a several month's time, starting in late 2015 with product selection and budgeting thru 3 deliveries and sub-contractor installations in early to mid-2016. Of the many fixtures involved, there were a few items that had an issue, all which were promptly replaced/resolved with no additional expense to us. The level of professionalism and customer service was exemplary, a true shining star within this difficult 10 month project. Thank you again Jourdan and team! I have had a terrible experience with this store. April 29, 2014 I had ordered a full bathroom worth of stuff (tub, sink, toilet, faucets, shower fixtures). When I ordered, it was stated that everything was in stock, at Kohler, and it would be available in 2 weeks. At the 4 week mark, they shipped the base of the pedestal sink, the tank of the toilet, the faucet and shower fixtures and tub. When I asked why not everything was delivered it was stated that this is what was received. At that time they did not know when the remainder of the order would be delivered. 4 weeks later finally everything was delivered. Now the story about the cast iron Kohler tub. When the first tub was delivered a manufacturing defect was discovered and Wittock was notified. They said a new one would be available in 2 weeks. That was not good enough and they had one delivered in 1 week. Now tub two had damage and again they were notified. Again they said 2 weeks for delivery and at two weeks I called to see when I could have it delivered and the man who answered the phone was very rude and said "we have no idea when it will be available". Two days later I got a call from the sales person (Megan) and she said it will be here in 2 weeks. Now the third tub was delivered and that also has a manufacturing defect. At this point I went to visit Jourdan, store manager, and explained my frustration. He stated he would work on getting a defect free tub from Kohler. I can still not get an answer from them when this one will be delivered and it is Aug 9, 2014. There prices were definitely the lowest but promised delivery time and customer service is very much lacking. The showroom is top notch with a lot of displays available to review. I would not recommend buying anything from there. read more
