Cesar ran late the day of cleaning because he had to pick up a tool, and he let me know an hour before I expected him. It was no big deal for me since I had other work being done in my home so planned to be home all day. Upon arrival, Cesar confirmed that they would do the gutter cleaning and exterior windows. I asked him to please remove any spider webs around the gutters and windows, which he agreed. He also let me know that another person would be joining him in about an hour. There were 3 total working on my home and it took about 3 hours. They removed the screens and washed them down with the hose. Although they only cleaned the exterior windows, you could tell that they were squeaky clean. I am planning to have them return a second time to do the interior windows after the other work is completed. There was one screen that was falling apart. Cesar took it with him to fix and will bring it back when he returns in a few days. Cesar provided before and after pictures of our gutters. They scooped and bagged all the debris in the gutters, and flushed with water to make sure the downspouts were clear. It actually rained the next day and we saw water flowing consistently out of the street curb drains. Cesar recommended gutter guards for our downspouts to prevent future clogs. I would highly recommend Cesar for his professionalism and fantastic work.

We have had an Enphase solar installation for 10 years now, which has always worked beautifully…read more However, due to regular PG&E outages in our area (Fremont, CA), we decided to add a backup battery to the system. After careful research, we chose Highlight Solar (HS) to handle this installation. We chose the Franklin battery, and Highlight Solar came out to handle the installation in Nov 2025. Sadly, we had some serious issues with the functionality of our solar infrastructure, after the Franklin equipment was installed... the Enphase solar monitoring device (called Envoy) started having trouble communicating with the panels, and therefore would disable them. HS made a couple of different attempts to fix this issue (which was delayed when they went on vacation for a month), so I had to keep cycling the breaker for the panels every morning to get the system working for another day. Fortunately, they were persistent in pursuing the issue, and after returning from vacation in late January, Samir came out and spent a couple of hours on the phone with Enphase support, who suggested a possible solution for this issue. HS then had someone come out to implement Enphase's suggestion, and now my system is working solidly and reliably (Feb 2026). I'm glad HS didn't just give up on us; I'm sure they were just as frustrated as we were by this situation. We certainly didn't expect this to take three months to resolve, but it is working now.

We also requested that this person not show up again but they kept sending him back. At the end of the project half of the Tesla walls were connected and working but the other half wasn't connecting. At one point our bedrooms electricity didn't work, it wasn't the breakers and Nick was awesome enough to take our after hours call and help us manually override those other 2 disconnected wall panels. The dream team (Nick, Kevin and Albert) resolved the connection and all is working now. Also, Nick stayed late to make sure our Tesla walls were configured and updated properly. Plus , a shout out to Jeremy for staying late as well to help fix a broken issue. Feedback: Organize a team that works well together to effectively complete the project. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.
