We've had Nolan clean our gutters several times as well as install bird netting under our solar panels. We also live in a 2-story house with 9'+ ceilings, so our house is on the upper end of what I think he can service. Nolan communicates well by email and text. While an initial bid for some gutter cleaning came in high, we negotiated pricing based on other bids we received. We also live in the same neighborhood, and he helped us out by removing some debris from our roof after a neighbor crashed and left a drone up there. He did so at no cost, and I figure I owe him a review for being a great service provide and neighbor! Cheers. EDIT: The other day I noticed some bird netting come loose (we've had a pigeon problem as well as hawks hunting and eating the pigeons from our rooftop).
