We are at the end of the route and once again they just didn't pick up our trash. No recourse, no options.

Genius! Bottledrop provides a far better solution and much needed service! So much easier than…read morestanding in front of a machine and trying to insert bottles and cans one at a time. With Bottledrop, you set up an account by providing your drivers license and creating a user ID and pin code. In return, they provide you with an account and all of your recyclables get credited to this account for easy redemption. Rather than dropping individual items, you purchase a box of green bottle drop bags. Cost is $2.00 for 10 bags. At the kiosk, you print bag tags by entering your account number (or user ID) and PIN. Affix the tag to the bag, fill the bag with bottles, cans and plastic. Then drop off at redemption center or the many retail partner outposts. I prefer the retail locations which rarely have a line. You scan your card, the door opens, you put the entire bag inside, close the door and you are done. When they process the bag, the corresponding redemption credit goes to your account. The only reason I am giving 4 and not 5 stars is because their Kiosk and written procedures leave off valuable info. So I will save you the trouble. 1. The Kiosks are located inside the Partner Retail store. The bottle drop is outside the store. 2. After you get your ID card at the Kiosk, immediately print out ten bag tags. At many locations you can not print tags outside where you drop the bags so get tags while inside at the Kiosk to avoid going back and forth. 3. While inside the store, buy the box of ten bags. 4. Put the tags inside the box of bags so everything is in one spot. 5. Each bag can be filled with up to 20 pounds of approved items. You can make 15 bag deposits per calendar quarter, I've included a pic outlining requirements. 6. To cash out, visit the Kiosk and enter your account number and PIN. I used to dispise taking my recyclables to those dreadful, dirty machines, having to stand there depositing them one by one, often not feeling safe. Bottledrop has developed a painless and efficient system. Now that I have my account, bags and tags - plus know of safe and convenient drop off locations at partner retail sights - it's a breeze!

Hand washing sink has a broken dispenser but the top comes off easily enough. We just put our fingers in and cleaned up that way. Made almost $40.00 bucks. Got some new bags and a sore site gone. Thanks B. D.

I called them after the delivery to let them know they delivered the wrong product and they blamed their supplier for the color difference and said sorry but too bad. They never gave me a heads up prior to my order about the color difference. I would never have ordered if I knew it was brown. I spent hard earned money only to be mislead on what kind of product I was getting. Now half of my yard will be brown and the other half is black. The first picture is what I ordered and is taken directly from their website. The second is what they delivered. Clearly it is not the same product.

They have recently just moved west from their old location, located off of Marine Drive, in Fairview, near Troutdale (East). I come from Portland (west) and their entrance is kind of on the middle of the curve (from the 223rd on-ramp it'll make sense when you are driving) it just kind of sneaks up on you. Been here a couple times now and it's a real easy process. They open at 7:30a-5pm mon-fri, 9-4 Saturday, and close Sunday. Follow the signs and wait at the office for an attendant. Starts at $12, It hasn't been very busy, and you kind of on your own unloading. I have only dropped off tree limbs and yard debris; on my way out I see you can purchase lots of different ground material. From other yelp reviews, they look like they have pretty decent prices and are pretty satisfied. I will be looking into possibly purchasing something for my yard. It's definitely place to check out!
