The dispatcher called me and said they would be by for the pickup in ten minutes. And guess what? They were! I cannot say enough good things about Republic Services anyhow, but today they went above and beyond in terms of customer service. However, there have been too many issues with them not picking up the trash, a service that I pay good money for, for them to be worth the $$$. Also, they are absolutely impossible to get a hold of. I have spent hours trying to reach a customer service person for very simple request. A big issue with Republic Services is that their website doesn't list specific phone numbers for specific customer service concerns, so everybody gets roadblocked trying to ring the same number and then get transferred. Their messaging "chat line" is just AI, but you can reach a real person through it. However, the real person just copies and pastes preformatted replies and rarely provides helpful information. When I am actually able to reach a representative, they are very nice and helpful, but it is such a pain to reach them in the first place.

She made racist remarks about Mexicans and people of color and even threatened my sister with a year-long ban from entry. The worker next to her witnessed the situation but didn't help. This encounter left my sister upset, and my mom, who is unwell, is worried about her. We deserve respectful treatment regardless of our culture or skin color.

The drop off door is on the side near the entrance. You need your card to open the door (wait three seconds to pull). After I go drop off my cans, I go in and get a box of bags and print some tags. *Usually* there is paper for tags, but if it's busy and they're out, your best bet is to come back later. Your maxed allowed bags to drop off every three months is 15. A nice pro is there usually is security around. I am giving this location low stars because of just how... busy and not so clean it can get. The area is also sketch as it's in a high crime area with business slowly moving away. Line is long outside the door, but only a certain amount can be in. Line also forms pretty early in the AM. Parking is tight. I wish I could give The workers the 5 stars as they are always nice and helpful and I'm thankful they show up. There is also the bottle drop app that is convenient that has your card on it and balance and remaining bags.

Total Reclaim, Inc. accepts all sorts of stuff (computers, home and office electronics, TVs, stereo gear, even some appliances, you name it!) and it all gets 'reclaimed' so none of it ends up in any landfills. We called the customer service who told us they could come by in the next days but that they would have to charge us a fee. We refused this because we shouldn't have to pay an extra fee for something that they failed to do. We sent a detailed email about the matter to the customer service email address but again got a voicemail telling us we would have to pay extra for a new pickup and denying that they had failed to pick up our garbage in the first place. At this stage we sent an email with photographic proof that our garbage had not been picked up and we have not heard from them since. The lack of any desire to solve an issue that they are responsible for creating, the implication that we are somehow wrong about the issue at hand (I think I know a full container of garbage when I see one) and the rigidity in trying to make us pay more for a service we have already paid for is unacceptable.
