Anyways while I was In there I decided to grab some fruit in a cup for the long trip back home , USUALLY spoons are next to the fruits. I couldn't find any utensils so while paying I asked and the woman at the register pointed ( okay ) I go over there , what the hell did she point too? So I look and look and tell her again I don't see them, instead of her showing me she raises her voice and goes over there on the wall , still wouldn't just show me. I've never seen someone so rude besides the fact when you get to the registers the cashiers don't stop their side talk. Glad I don't live in this state won't deal with this lady again.

He tried to play stupid. I took the ticket back, scanned it at the self scanner in the front. And I said yup says $4. Went back to the cashier and all the sudden the $2 becomes $4. People should probably check their tickets/prize before giving to cashier if you don't want to be shorted.

Jarel was behind the counter moving at a snails pace complaining…read morethe whole time about how he "hates this job" and had not even started our order when I asked. and when we asked for a refund he asked us if we ordered in store and then said he never saw our orders to which he then left again and saw that we put them in an hour ago and gave us a refund after offering no apology or explanation but he loved to offer complaints instead talking about the paper work he was going to have to do later. when one of the sandwiches couldn't be refunded he stood there offering no solutions or apologies until I had to step in and offer to just put it on my card. I felt bad for his coworker up front who had to deal with his temper tantrums. If he hates his job that much he feels the need to complain all night then maybe he shouldn't be a manager.
