It feels like the machines are set up to make you keep buying more tokens, especially when the prize is so close to dropping. That's not fair. If you haven't noticed it before, pay close attention the next time you play. As someone who regularly visits arcades and plays claw machines with my family, I can definitely tell the difference between a machine that's challenging and one that's intentionally set to make you lose. We spent most of our time on the claw arcade machines, trying our luck at snagging some prizes. Came for the new Big into Energy Labubu edition launch since they had them and we were very happy we did. The owners are the best part because they were so nice! The location is very well kept and clean as well and all their machines are nice as well. All their plushies are cool also and Labubu's too! We ended up getting 4 of the 6 pack since we got all the colors we wanted but they have a good amount of them right now. We love how their point system is, and how reasonable it is to exchange your winnings for the prices they have. They have adorable plushies in each machine, and some keychains, mini-toys, and Pokemon cards. There was also a Pokemon card machine, but we didn't utilize it at the time. Behind the counter, you can switch out the plushies you win for larger prizes! The girl working there was so kind and kept adjusting the machines whenever we messed up or if there was a certain color of a plushie we wanted, she would pull it out from the bottom so we can go for it immediately without needing to win everything on top first! read more

The space is very small, but the customer service was pretty good. The claws when they come down, do not grip the plushy very well. After seeing my daughter struggle, one of the workers came and placed the plushy where she could notmiss. One little stuffed animal for $30 Doesn't seem like that great of a deal. The place overall is tiny, but clean. Also, they are out of all Pokémon plushy's until the end of this month.
