She explained all the slime details thoroughly and was very patient with my sister. My daughter's slime got confiscated at TSA, so I found this place to replace it here in Vegas. Had such a fun time at Oozapalooza! I don't typically write negative reviews but I still am blown away about how rude and disrespectful the manager was to paying customers when we were the only ones in the shop at the time. We were so excited to take our kids here Friday night with a few friends. We had six kids and five adults. It was NOT a welcoming environment from the start. We had to book two tables even tho the adults were not making slime. They try to upsell you for the adults to participate and of course everything else to add in. Once the kids got started one of our friends was asked to move from a chair behind her daughter to the table. At one point the host left the area and our kids asked for help to stir the slime. We again were told we had to sit down and we could not help our own children. We were discussing how ridiculous this policy was and how ride the manager was within our own group. He then came back over to us and began to tell us he was being nice by allowing us to sit on the orange bench next to the table our kids were at, when technically it was for those signing their waivers (never mind we were the only people in the business at the time), he then said we were breaking the rules by discussing with each other our opinion of how he was treating us (we were not cursing, being disruptive just stating how absurd it was we were not allowed to help our own children!) He tried to say I was yelling at him when I never raised my voice but was only matter of fact with him, and when I tried to end the conversation and sit their quietly so my kids could just finish their experience, he continued to try and scold me and I had to repeatedly tell him "Ok" and just sit silently because he felt it necessary to be domineering after I said my piece. Our group was completely respectful the entire time and when other patrons came in toward the end of our session we moved as necessary to accommodate the rules. It was completely out of line the way he spoke to us, tried to control us, and try to intimidate us. Such a shame they have someone managing the business who is not welcoming and doesn't know how to speak to people appropriately. read more

This was a truly horrible experience. I brought my children here for a slime-making activity, having even booked online in advance. On Saturday afternoon, the employee working there repeatedly questioned my child. Naturally, my child became confused he kept asking questions over and over. He then proceeded to state, "I'm a nice guy, you can tell me your age. I can't let you play if you don't tell me your age." My child became withdrawn and unwilling to answer, mistakenly holding up four fingers. I am aware that the age requirement is five years old. He then informed us that my other child could participate, but not the one who did not answer. It is unreasonable to expect me to allow one child to make slime while the other is excluded. We decided to leave, but the employee suggested we could apply our deposit towards purchasing pre-made slime, which costs $18 per slime. We purchased two and left. Upon returning home, we discovered the slime was completely defective. It was so incredibly sticky that it was impossible to play with. It had the consistency of melted marshmallows, extremely hard to remove from hands. Thank you for providing such exceptionally poor service and slime. We will not be returning. read more

This place unfriendly place for families! Worker here should be family friendly. There was no sign on the website that the age limit is 5 and up. This worker was unhappy to work and asked us if we had an appt. I said no and he said we had to wait which is fine. Then he said the age limit is 5 and up... My kid is 4 turning 5 soon and the worker wasn't friendly and rejected us. There was no sign on the website... this place should be for kids friendly place. So we had to leave bc I didn't want my oldest doing slime and my second child doing nothing just watching!!! Avoid this worker if you want to take your family here! read more

There are two options cheaper one comes with slime, activator,color and sparkles. The other one from 25 $ comes with slime, activator, color, sparkle, perfume and charms. Charms are totally useless. Upon walking in you are greeted. This place is colorful and surely an exciting environment for kiddos. It was rather smaller than I expected but still convenient and easygoing. You do not need to make an appointment, though it is recommended especially on weekends due to the slot times of each group. I stood there for a few minutes looking at the menu, it was just a little confusing. I asked the woman at the counter "do we just pick one?" She said someone will be with you shortly. I do wish someone would speak up and let us know what we are to do instead of having to ask. It seemed as if there were maybe some training going on or just not as keen. Only to get approached by asking me are you ready? I said confusingly " I am not sure what to do." They said well did you fill out the waiver? I didn't even know about that part. She was friendly and patient. She explained everything, offered help, and made sure we were aware of all the available pricing options. There was a birthday party going on in the other side of the establishment and it looked like they were enjoying themselves. I may consider doing my girl's birthday there if she wants to have it there in the future. It's a family friendly place. We hosted our child's birthday party at Ooza Palooza and I am honestly shocked by how poorly it was handled, especially given the amount of money paid for a private party. We booked a 2-hour party for 15 children and adults, and yet our entire group was crammed against a wall and repeatedly told we could not move around. As the host of my own child's birthday party, being told multiple times that I was not allowed to walk around, engage with guests, or help my own child was absolutely absurd. This is not how a birthday party should feel, it felt controlled, uncomfortable, and frankly humiliating. There was plenty of open space in the facility, yet we were treated like we were in the way. The manager (who I believe was the person enforcing this) repeatedly told us to move, said we couldn't assist our children, and even said it was because his boss was watching on the cameras. That is not a reasonable explanation it only made the experience feel even more uncomfortable and hostile. Parents should be encouraged to interact with their children, help them, and enjoy the experience, especially when we are the ones funding the party. Instead, it felt like we were an inconvenience at our own event. To make matters worse, we were required to pay gratuity at the beginning of the party, only to then receive this level of treatment. That is unacceptable. The only bright spot in this entire experience was Jenna. She was incredibly kind, patient, and wonderful with the kids. She truly cared and was the only reason the children still had fun. She deserves recognition, but one great employee does not excuse a terrible management experience. We came expecting a joyful birthday celebration. What we got was stress, discomfort, and feeling unwelcome at a party we paid a lot of money for. I would never host another party here and I would strongly caution other parents before booking. read more

Sophie the manager is really sweet, she came around to help us with our slime. The entire staff is hands on and working as a team. We had such a good time, I took my daughter there and even though it was her second time, she still had a blast. They have a lot of options with different slime types, and then also what you want to put into your slime. For the experience and everything you can mix, the cost is about right. We've done home made slime, but something about going somewhere, where there's all these kids are doing the same thing, having a blast is worth doing.
