Bottiglia is located inside Green Valley Ranch Casino, and we came in during their Saturday brunch…read moreservice as part of my birthday celebration with a $150 dining credit. The restaurant itself is bright, open, and polished, with high ceilings, modern chandeliers, white and cream finishes, and deep red seating that adds some warmth. The music was lively, with remixed versions of popular songs playing in the background, which gave the room a fun energy without making it feel like a nightclub. We started with the focaccia bread, which was delicious. The coarse salt on the crust gave it just the right punch, and you really can't go wrong with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The Mushroom Truffle Tagliatelle was one of the highlights of the meal. It was very flavorful, creamy, and rich, with the mushrooms and truffle cream giving it plenty of depth. The burrata and chives added even more richness and freshness without making the dish feel one-note. The King Crab Bucatini was also good and savory, with king crab, zucchini, roasted tomatoes, and a lemon cream sauce. The lemon helped balance the richness and kept the dish from feeling too heavy. Service was okay overall, but it could have been a little more attentive and polished for the setting. They also brought out a complimentary coconut chocolate birthday dessert with a candle, which was a nice touch and helped make the brunch feel more celebratory. We also made the most of the birthday credit by ordering several items to take home: the Caramel Pecan Sticky Bun with vanilla mascarpone icing, Spaghetti & Meatballs with beef and pork meatballs in San Marzano tomato sauce, and Fettuccine Alfredo with sautéed chicken and Parmesan. We haven't judged those yet, so I'd save those tasting notes for later rather than guessing. Our total came to $149 against a $150 dining credit, so we pretty much nailed it. Overall, Bottiglia made for a very enjoyable birthday brunch. The atmosphere was lively, the focaccia was excellent, both pasta dishes had plenty of flavor, and the birthday dessert was a thoughtful touch. The service could have been a bit more attentive, but the food and setting made the visit worthwhile.

Tasted very plain and had no flavor. They should remove it off from the menu it's so boring Complimentary bread was actually really good but there wasn't enough oil and vinegar to go around for even just 3 people. I will say the lobster bisque was delicious. Otherwise wouldn't recommend .

She was organized, calm, and on top of every detail. She made the entire process feel easy and stress free. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly because of her and DJ Syd. The photographer, whose name I sadly forget, perfectly captured our memories. The food was amazing (get the chicken piccata). Our guests are still talking about it. Every dish was fresh, well prepared, and full of flavor. The service was even better than we expected. The staff was attentive, kind, and truly cared about making our day special. Perhaps best of all, is the fact that we weren't nickel and dimed. Their pricing was up front and truly turnkey. The value for our money was amazing. If you are looking for a wedding venue in Las Vegas, this is the place. The Side Yard exceeded our expectations in every way. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Farrar Wedding 2025…read more Absolutely an experience! We had our wedding event here on July 19, 2025. From the moment we sat down with David to discuss what we wanted, he was incredibly understanding of our budget and knew exactly how to make our day as beautiful as I imagined! Everything was beyond exceptional--our guests loved the venue and couldn't stop talking about how amazing everything and everyone was. I always have and will continue to recommend Factory of Dreams and/or Skyview Banquet Hall to anyone looking for a venue! That said, we did experience a few hiccups during the planning process. Communication with Chef Francisco G. wasn't the best--he wasn't timely in responding, which caused some stress. However, the food turned out good on the day of the event, though I was surprised and a bit disappointed that the kids were served Little Caesars pizza. As for Irma, who I was told was the event coordinator--she was very sweet and helpful in the beginning. But when it came time for the wedding rehearsal, I was told I had to find my own coordinator. This was frustrating because I had gone over all the event timing with her, so I assumed she would be the one handling it. If I needed to bring in someone else, I wish I had been told upfront--it would have saved some last-minute stress before my big day. And id also like to give a big thanks to the Bakery used Cakes Las Vegas so good with the flavors my husband does not like sweets but he did enjoy your cake. Despite these issues, I truly thank the entire team for their hard work and dedication. You all helped make our wedding a day to remember!

Vendors were ALL picked and our international guests were given notice of the date to get tickets. Ashley called us the day AFTER my dad was in the hospital letting us know that the business "might" not be in business or it "might" not be an event center any longer. In an email later, Ashley informs us it's "Force Majeure" and that it would be impractical and impossible for the venue to host our wedding. After I spent about 15 minutes laughing at a non attorney explaining the law to the two of us (two attorneys)and that too incorrectly... I proceeded to freak out. This is bad business and we have been told they are looking to sell the business. I for one will be keeping an eye on this corporation and the officers involved. NO bride and groom should have to go through this while planning their wedding and the damage caused emotionally and financially is unforgivable. Get an ACTUAL attorney to do your work instead of a sales girl hired by daddy. Bad business practice that will follow them.

There was clear and honest communication between the client and myself, and I confirmed a 12:00 PM delivery time the morning of the event. I was also informed by my client that the banquet hall opens at 12:00 PM for them, which would be appropriate for delivery. I was not informed that the owner, Ray, was expecting me earlier, and I was completely unaware he was waiting prior to that time. Despite this, I received a VERY hostile and unprofessional phone call from Ray, accusing me of making him wait for hours. When I attempted to calmly explain the miscommunication, he refused to listen and spoke to me extremely disrespectful. Amongst many things said, he gave me an ultimatum, "3:00 PM or don't bother showing up or doing business with the couple at all," and added that he did not care. This was a situation that could have been resolved with basic communication and professionalism. Instead, it escalated unnecessarily, despite the fact that I was not the vendor hired by the venue. After speaking with the couple, they apologized repeatedly and shared that they had also experienced ongoing communication issues and other difficulties with Ray at this banquet hall. I caution other outside vendors to clarify expectations in advance, as professionalism and respectful communication were significantly lacking in this experience.

We described to him that we would like to plan our wedding in less than 3 months and we understood that it would be a difficult task however we were met with reassurance and transparency. He gave us the pricing and packages and even encouraged us to look around knowing he is one of the if not the best host for celebrations in town. Fast forward to meeting our wedding coordinator Niki she made life that much easier. Again we were met with transparency and clear communication. She told us when we would connect with our dj photographer etc. she gave us our things that we needed to do and even gave us helpful tips on doing so. She took care of us as if we were family. Fast forward to the day before and the day of the wedding Niki took my wife under her wing and alleviated so much stress. She was such a rock in this whole thing for us. I've been to many weddings but this one was by far the best. (Not being bias bc this one was mine.) I've been to weddings that are triple+ the cost but do not pay attention to detail. The dj Syd was on point with the music and guided the whole thing into place. The photographer set us up and directed us where to be (he has clearly done this many times and knew the best shots) The food was absolutely amazing -side note usually wedding venues will skimp you food. I'm talking about spending 5k giving you like 5 pieces of ravioli with a crap steak. Not this place. This place gives you amazing food with leftovers and so much to choose from! The bartender was great with the guest and prompt with drinks. He had a well deserved tip jar out because he was that freaking good. The place was nice and cool protecting us from the Vegas heat. Niki over saw everything and even deflected those dumb questions from people. Truly truly made the whole event that much better. Our expectations were not only met but far exceeded. So much in fact it encouraged others to follow in our footsteps in marriage. Bottom line they are solid and straight to the point and there was zero hidden BS. I encourage everyone to use sunset gardens as your wedding venue. You won't beat the price or care that you get from this place. We are so thankful and blessed to have chosen sunset gardens to host us.

OMG people are STILL talking about it. I had kind of low expectations (mainly because there were a lot of kids in attendance, it was on a Monday, and it was the dead of summer in Vegas) but people PARTIED. It was the best time ever !!! Now for the critiques. I work in weddings. I'm an operations manger/banquet captain. So I get it. As someone who works in the industry, I was pretty frustrated about some things that other brides should know about their planning process. -leading up to the wedding.. there wasn't much help. I didn't know how many tables my wedding would average so I didn't know how many centerpieces to get, I didn't know what information I should have ready by my next appt, and there was no comfort or reassurance that everything was going to be okay -the photographer, Spencer, acted like he hated his job. I had a lot of kids in my wedding party and there was no bedside manner when it came to interacting with the kids. He almost seemed mad that the kids weren't posing properly for the pictures. I get that he probably wanted the pics perfect for my wedding, but also.. he could have been a little more patient -we purposely did first look and pics before ceremony so we could enjoy cocktail hour but after ceremony, we were brought to another room and there was no instruction or expectation as to what is next and we were in there until 45 min into cocktail hour -ceremony, they had the doors closed before I walked down the aisle, but I think I was in the middle of talking when they opened the doors. There was no last minute breath or comforting before I walked down the aisle -grand entrance, Marc, our dj told us who goes when.. but again... a lot of kids so we needed alittle more explaining and Gigi, our coordinator, just stood there letting us wonder who is next to go and when they go. There was no help -DJ, Marc was great. He was honestly the best part of the wedding. He read the room and played the bangers!!! However, I dedicated the bouquet to my mom, and there was supposed to be a song in the background- like my mother does by Lauren Alaina.. and he didn't play it so there was silence There's a few more things, but I think these are the most important ones to help you know what you're signing up for Anyways, overall- I had the absolute best time ever. But again, if you're a type B bride and don't know much about wedding planning... ask the questions and get clear expectations set. I was left a little lost at times
