My little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Tyler, enjoys his days at Wolf Pack Canine. How do I know that? Because he gets really excited when we turn into the parking lot and he can't wait to get out of the car! I'm not entirely sure what activities he takes part in, but when I arrive to pick him up, he is always tired out, so I know he's been an active little guy. He only goes to Wolf Pack when we have cleaners or workmen in the house, so he isn't underfoot, but I think it's important for him to get some socializing with other dogs. Tyler can tend to be a "couch potato" when he's at home so going to day camp is definitely good for him. He's been going there for two years now, and appears to really like the people who work with the dogs. I highly recommend Wolf Pack Canine! read more

My 5 mo old pup LOVES Wolf Pack. She runs right to them when I drop her off and cries if I don't hurry her out of there- she just wants to stay! A lot of the reviews on here seem to be around the crating of the dogs. They clearly state on their site if your dog is crate reactive then don't go. When I went for the evaluation with the dog the head trainer told me they're crated at drop off until they can make a group for the dog (similar age/size/activity level and they only do 7 dogs per trainer) which is 6-9am. Then they are crated at lunch so the staff can take an hour break. They are also crated from 4pm-6pm drop off time so the dogs can be rinsed/dried and brought out one by one to the owners as they arrive. Nothing about that is cruel or wrong. I actually enjoy that my pup is getting some crate enforcement during her time there. We started with the food luring package and as a Lab... my pup loves food so she has been having the time of her life during her 4-5 short training sessions throughout the day. They even said she's doing so well they'd like to move to leash training now whereas they usually wait till 6 mo to start that! I owe that all to them! I can absolutely see a difference in my girl since she has started going there. She is way better on the leash already and listening to us. Her crate time at home is also going so much better. I love that they keep the groups small per trainer and that they spend a TON of time outside on nice days. They have pools and sprinklers and keep them nice and cool on these hot summer days. They also have indoor activates for brain stimulation or exercise on rainy days. The head trainer also made a comment that "not every dog can do the group days" and they try to tailor the day to each dogs threshold! I think its very important to ask question and read their site before enrolling. They are upfront and honest if you ask about your concerns. You know your dog best.. I get so excited every day to check their insta stories and see how much fun they're all having- they are great at posting each dog as much as possible! Absolutely amazing. Our dog loves going there. We had to go away for 2 weeks and they were there for us. When we picked up our dog she remained happy and healthy. Did not lose 1 pound! At first I was skeptical bringing Gigi here due to some of the negative reviews but I thought I would go ahead and try it out for myself and I'm so glad I did. Gigi loves it here from the moment I drive into the parking lot she's jumping off the walls in my car rushing to get inside. She loves all the girls that work here she jumps of excitement to greet them like she's know them her whole life lol and they are always happy to see Gigi as well. I booked her an on leash training with Ilyana and during our last one on one session she was very informative on teaching me what Gigi was taught and giving me pointers on how to continue the training at home. Since I tried them out the first day Gigi has been attending their Daycamp every day and I have yet to run into any issues. I can text them at anytime to check in on Gigi and they will send me pics and updates and that's a big plus for me considering most doggie day cares do not do that. Do not leave your dog here!!! We boarded our 11-month, 40 lb. Amstaff for a week while we were out of the country. We had no communication, pictures or updates as promised. After three days of trying to reach Wolfpack, Bill called us stating our dog was one of the most crate aggressive dogs they have had and he wanted us to pick him up the next day. We were 5000 miles away. How long did they leave him in the crate? He is crate trained. How can trained professionals not be able to handle a puppy? He finally posted a picture on Instagram. He didn't even look like our dog!! Thin, bloodshot eyes, a look of despair on his face. He looked like a homeless neglected dog. After several phone calls, Bill agreed to keep him and have Jared look after him together with another staff member.We will never place our dog there again. read more

I have a two year old shepherd that we boarded there for a weekend while my wife and I were out of town. He never was reactive to other dogs before we sent him there. A certificate doesn't always mean professional. The owners are very unpleasant to deal with and should really go back to school. Maybe take a business course. I'd first just like to say that I am a very understanding person when it comes to businesses and I am not one to leave a negative review. However, I trusted these guys with my dog and I am extremely disappointed. I don't want this to happen to anyone else's pet. We boarded our dog for 4 nights. We were initially really excited about the way they said they did things, and we were assured several times that we would be able to see pictures of her on social media while we were away. However, we checked their Instagram every hour or so and seemed to see every dog other than her, other than one pic in which she did NOT look happy. Despite my stomach turning I didn't have any way to come and get her. The moment she was brought out to see us at pick up I noticed she was not her normal self. She was lethargic and red hot to the touch, started coughing as soon as we got in the car. The staff was very nonchalant and didn't even make eye contact when handing her back to me. We asked how she did during her time there and their response proved that they had not given her any true attention (she is a wild child and they said she was "perfect"; sorry, but I know my dog). I had to take her to the emergency vet the next morning and she had lost 3 lbs. I'll trust my gut next time. Never again. read more

I too was not thrilled with this place - and I was screwed out of $200 to boot... Brought our active 4YO Aussie for their required 'evaluation' with the with the office manager - and reminded him we needed to board him for a week in July. He ignored that and asked if the dog pulls while being walked, yep he does. He said he needs their 'on-leash training' program: 2-times a week for 3-weeks followed by a hour session w/ the 'head trainer' for a total of $600. Steep, but since he mentioned this in response to boarding, I assumed he (the pupper) needed it to board, so I signed him up. By the 3rd visit, I had to drag him out of the car to get him inside; at pickup he literally ran inplace like a cartoon character trying to get out of there. We also noticed a cut on his nose.... a staff member said "He has a cut on his nose...I wonder what that's from?". The disinterested office manager said "he's probably just in a cage that's too small during the day". Cage? What cage? I thought he was being "trained" - not crammed into a tiny cage for 7-hours. We finished up the final session then had our 'head-trainer' doggie one-on-one which consisted of him putting a 'pinch' collar on him (super tight) while he yanked the poor dog around the room until he's beaten into submission. The dog was looking at me like WTF! It was over in about 40-minutes - then I got hit up for an additional $210 that was NEVER mentioned! At any rate, I'd cancel vacations before boarding him there - I honestly don't think he'd survive. I don't think they do much with them other than stick them in a small cage as long as they can suffer it... I was thinking 2-stars - only because our pupper doesn't pull quite as badly. But I'm subtracting a star for sticking him in little cages during the day, torturing him in the 'training' session and NOT telling me the torture session was an extra $210. read more

I just wanna let everybody know our experience with Jared Wolf/ Wolf Pack Canine and team. We have a Shiba Inu named Stella and we wasted so much money bringing her to do trainings in other places, after I read an awesome recommendation on the Pelham Facebook page we decided to bring Stella to an evaluation with Jared and let her stay at Wolf Canine for a month so they could train her! What a fantastic experience we had with them, they always kept me posted with all her progress, answered my phone calls and had to deal with all my questions and concerns totally normal for a first dog mom. I picked up Stella yesterday after a month and What a change Stella is being very well taken care of, she got bigger and I could see the big change in her behavior and all she learned was just in 1 month!! Amazing!!! We are not friends, we are not related, they didn't ask me to do this review. I'm doing because I wanted to and they totally deserved it! I totally recommend Wolf Pack Canine and The Team and if I could I'll give them stars!!!! read more

Warning: Dangerous for your dog. If I could leave zero stars, I would as well. It is not surprising that someone else had reviewed this business poorly. One of the owners of this business leaves dog waste (urine and feces) all over the building where he lives. He makes no effort to clean it up and even wipes it on the walls and in the stairs. Something is wrong with him. I would never trust him with my dogs and I have started telling people I know who have used his daycare that he is untrustworthy and irresponsible. Keep your pet safe. Our experience with Wolf Pack was disappointing. I now realize many of their reviews are probably written by friends and family. We tried the daycare/training program and had a terrible experience at every turn. I applied, got an email response, and scheduled an evaluation. We arrived 10min early, let them know we were there. Bill looked confused, and I could see Jared was starting a one-on-one training session... clearly not available. Bill apologized. Jared acknowledged us by holding up one finger and shooing us out with "give me a few minutes." When he finally broke away from the private session, we did the eval outside... amidst the sounds of rt-28 traffic, only taking 15 of the 30 mins promised for the appointment. He barely interacted with our dog, kept cutting us off, and didn't listen to what we said/asked. We figured it was just a bad day, and signed up anyway. They didn't make any notes about her quirks or needs. We had to ask how the process worked, and were told to just "show up." First day, drop-off. Nobody checked her in or asked her name. Pick-up. Gave her name, brought out another dog with the same name. Good place to try and steal a dog I guess. After getting her, waited for someone to say how she did on her first day. "She did good, you can go." She pulled to pee, like she hadn't been able to in hours. She seemed off, acted a bit tense, flinched a few times... really abnormal and sketchy. I don't think she got any training either, because Jared was pulling in as daycare was closing. The worst part... The next morning, we noticed she had a freshly cracked tooth. I was sure it happened at Wolf Pack, because we're always with her otherwise. When I called, Bill asked if she was okay... that's the one good thing. Jared got on the phone, unbelievably rude. He denied any responsibility, but didn't even know which dog I was talking about. After some back and forth, staff said she was "calm in the kennel." I was like wait, they put my rescue with separation anxiety in a kennel, after I tried to tell him at the eval that she freaks? I'm sure she tried biting the bars of the kennel. I asked if someone stays with the kenneled dogs or if there is a camera on them to maintain safety. Nope. I asked if they kept notes about what else she did for the day. Nope. Jared told me she "had some playtime and training." I asked how, since she needed to be dog tested. Clearly a lie. There should be a system in place to track which dogs are there and for what services. He said she "did a walk-by with other dogs, spent some time in the kennel, and probably some training." Probably? How did the "head trainer" not know? That was the whole point of going there. Obviously he had no idea what went on during the day, or the staff was covering up the fact that something sketchy happened. I told them the vet had to take the tooth out. She's only 3yo and lost an incisor because of their negligence. I asked if they wanted to offer any sort of consolation. No. Bill did give me a refund though. They are unfriendly, unprofessional, and unsafe. Only select customers receive the best Wolf Pack has to offer. I think their intentions were good once, but they have become more about making money than making sure the dogs are cared for. High maintenance/needy dogs are discarded in a kennel for the day. They are disorganized and careless. Wolf Pack may train your dog well, but they won't necessarily take care of it the way you would want. read more

If i could leave zero stars i would. I sent my dog here after hearing only good things about this place. What my dog and i got was definitely not that. I picked him up and he had no voice, diharrea, and sores on his legs from sitting for so long. I thought the board and train program was going to be actually training as well not just tossing him in the kennel and leaving him there. He also came home with a double ear infection. I can understand some people may have had good experiences and thats great for them but this place is clearly inconsistent and mostly about money. If it was caring about every dog they would have communicated if my dog was not enjoying himself or if he needed more attention then they could give and for me to come pick him up. I was also charged for an e-collar expecting him to have e-collae training and i did not get that either. From my experience i will not be recommending this place to anyone and i hope that they can humble themselves and just be better. read more
